You know those signs outside a coffeeshop? Those that say 'Espresso' or 'Latte Macchiato' and stuff? Yeah, the people who wrote those used different chalkboard fonts.
And I am seriously in love with chalkboard fonts.
I mean, the way they're written in pastel chalk, and how you could just experiment with what you're doing. . . I mean, it's liberating. The sole fact that you could write anything you want, in any way you want, in any font you want, and when you're done with it, it actually looks good.
And personally, I am a coffee lady. So, like, anything that gives out a sort of coffee-ish aura, I am attracted to. Especially chalkboards and chalkboard fonts.
Honestly, I actually find them cuter and better than computer fonts. Computer fonts, sure, they're cool, but in my opinion, they tend to look too machine-infested. And chalkboard fonts? They look good maybe because they're handwritten, and because there's that liberty to write it any which way you want. And I am an art fanatic, so I prefer stuff handwritten, and different kinds of chalkboard fonts just attract me to no end.
