“ It's such a fine line between feeling everything and nothing at all ”

If anyone asks old Mishka, will she ever find herself dancing in the practice hall? Is that too for an upcoming function? In front of thousands of people, wearing all that traditional dress and ornaments.
She wouldn't have laughed because she has learned to laugh freely after meeting Kairav, but she surely would've given the bored scowl face, silently telling them not to disturb her or if not, then dump yourself in the hell. But nothing like that happened.
She got admission in college, met two unknown people only for them to turn her life upside down. One is outside this place and one is inside this place.
Two days ago, Sonakshi dragged Mishka to submit her name in dance, when she protested saying she doesn't know dance, Sonakshi chose to boost her talent a little, that she'll teach her personally.
Mishka was lacking in words, she couldn't find any other excuse to deny the offer. She was curious, she wanted to learn something but she was also afraid of breathing in the same place with hundreds let alone doing a whole performance.
Sonakshi sensed her hesitation, she confronted Mishka, the girl spilled her fear of facing many unknown people directly. She didn't share everything, just a few words, ‘They're strangers. I don't want their attention on me against my wish.’
Mishka used to think Sonakshi as the most mature, maybe more than her and her words haven't proved her wrong. ‘Why do we have to think about others in any sense? If you are even the slightest interested then don't think about other's attention or thoughts because if we start that we'll forget to live our own life on our own terms and wishes.’
This was all it took for Mishka to happily convince herself to step out of her comfort zone and face her fear and the Cherry on top she found was Kairav's support.
Well everything apart, she never knew she'd enjoy dancing to her heart's content.
Mishka dips her hips, a wide smile gracing on her lips as she watches herself in the mirror with Sonakshi beside her. She then twirls around, the Naira cut suit trying to flare with speed before she stops at the right side, slightly bending forward she claps her hands, then again twirling she reaches another side doing the same.
“Perfect!” Sonakshi shouts, squealing and is proud of herself for being able to teach her. She quickly out of excitement hugged Mishka, causing the poor girl to flinch before she relaxed a little.
She's not used to being under someone's arms, except Kairav. Even he is at only his initial stage, slowly entering into her shell.
Mishka patted her shoulder lightly, murmuring a small ‘Thank you’ as they parted ways.
