Chapter ten

A/n: I'm back guys and I'm sorry I haven't updated this but I had to take a little break but I'm here now and ready to get back on track.  I hope you enjoy this chapter 😊

Nova entered the chopper with her squad of soldiers and soon she heard the engine roar to life . they had found you in a base with their drone with SAS soldiers who were a task force .
special forces . Nova hoped to see you again but she also had a plan of her own . She wanted to wait and once they had arrived at your location she would tell you about everything even if it meant she would lose her life , you meant so much to her and you didn't even know it. She knew that she would be killed on the spot but she didn't care, she just wanted you to be safe . The chopper got up and ran and started to fly off of the facility . The travel from Canada all the way to Mexico would take some time from having pit stops for fuel and for food . she looked up on her datapad task force 141 and saw who you were with . John '' soap '' Mactavish , simon ''Ghost'' Riley , Captain John price , kyle '' gaz '' garrick and an unspecified user codenamed Konig . she saw that you were a group of highly trained soldiers , one's better than the squad she was with . a worried look was plastered across her face because she knew she only had a little bit of time to live and it wasn't very long . she was going to risk her life for your freedom , she knew that no child deserves to go through what you endured .
Ghost went up to Konig quickly and you stood next to both of them with a cornered and worried look .
'' there was a drone scouting over us , there's a chance they found her already .''
Konig said calmly, trying not to worry you more .
'' we tell laswell about this .''
Ghost stated sternly while going to his room to gear up .
'' whats g-gonna happen .''
You said anxiously.
Konig kneeled down to you and put his hand on your shoulder .
'' nothing will happen to you okay .''
He reassured you .
He stood up and ran down the hallway and you ran after him and soon  he was in front of his room . He walked in and he grabbed a tactical  vest and some small cargo pants along with a jacket .
'' clean up quickly and put these on .''
He handed you the clothes along with a towel and he pointed to his bathroom that was in his room . you gave him an anxious nod and you walked into the bathroom and shut it behind you . You stripped quickly from your clothes and You went into the shower and saw a bar of soap along with some 3-1 mens wash . you turnt on the water , not caring if it was cold and you took the soap bar and started scrubbing off the dirt from training . You scrubbed for a few minutes until you felt clean and looked clean and you rinsed off the soapy suds from your skin and you got out of the shower . you dried yourself quickly with the towel and you put on the beige  cargo pants along with a black t-shirt and you put on the vest he gave you . it was a little big but you could manage . you put on some socks and you walked out of the bathroom to see Konig already geared up.
'' your quick aren't you blaze .''
He chuckled .
'' yeah..''
You said a bit nervously .
You went over to him and he tightened the straps on your vest and it was now snug and fitting . He handed you a pair of black boots along with a helmet and headset . you put on the helmet and he helped you adjust the straps and you slid into the boots and he helped you tie them .
You were all set but the gear was a bit heavy but you pulled through .
'' how is it ?.''
He asked as you walked out of his room with him , he shut the door behind him and you both started walking down the hallway but this time it was a different one .
'' its okay .''
You said quietly while looking up at him .
'' you look like a little soldier , all we need to do is get you a mask .''
Konig said while smiling , you knew he was smiling just by the little creases near his eyes .
You went through two double doors and down into a stairwell and it said exit and you walked and saw the outside . you looked up in amazement taking in these new sights . There was a humvee a few feet away from you and you saw Ghost and the others standing outside of it waiting for you and Konig . Konig started walking ahead of you but all you could do was stare at the lush green trees and bushes around you . Konig had seen you were behind and he stopped and jogged back for you .
'' you coming ?.''
He asked and you turned to him and gave an embarrassed smile .
'' oh sorry hehe yeah i'm coming .''
You said and you jogged with him to the humvee and met with the others . Ghost sat in the back on the right side while Konig helped you up and you got into the back and sat in the middle and Konig was on your left while Price and soap sat in the diverse seat in the front along with Gaz .
'' ya ready blaze ?.''
Soap said while looking at you in the rear view mirror at the top of the windshield .
''I'm ready .''
You said while giving him a string nod.
It wasn't long till you heard the engine of the humvee start up and soon you were off . you looked out the back window from the humvee and looked back at the place you've known as home for a few weeks. Ghost noticed your sorta glum look and he nudged your shoulder gently .
'' don't worry we're coming back .''
He said , hoping to ease you .
You gave him a little nod and you studied the surroundings . you messed with the things on your vest and you soon saw a throwing knife fall out of it and onto the floor mat beneath you . Konig reacted quickly and took the knife out of sight and he sneakily put it into his vest which you had seen and gave him a confused look .
'' when we teach you then you will be able to get these , for now is a no go .''
Konig stated .
'' got it .''
You said with a little smirk .
You were excited to learn something new  and especially from your training in hand to hand combat with ghosts which you had enjoyed, you couldn't wait to learn more from them . After a good 2 hours of driving and hearing soap play California girls for the whole ride you had finally arrived at the main base . Soldiers of lower class roamed and were doing the duties . You pull into the base and we're let in by the gate but we're soon stopped for verification. A soldier by the last name of Ramirez stopped you and soap rolled down his window .
" ID please ."
Soap and the others took out their IDS and the soldier nodded to them giving the ok to let you in. as you and the others had driven into the base you looked around and noticed many many soldiers around and many weapons being held and handled. This made you uneasy . You grabbed onto Königs sleeve tightly and he looked down at you, noticing your unease .
" They won't hurt you, okay you're with us ."
König said, hoping to put you at ease .
You nodded but still kept a good grip on his sleeve and you entered and parked wearing the other humvees . The humvee came to a stop and you heard the engine turn off but that quietness was soon filled with the yells and orders of soldiers from outside. Ghost opened his door on his side and he stepped out and grabbed multiple rifles from the back of the humvee . Soap , Price and Gaz got out of their seats as well and they exited the vehicle. König opened his side and stepped out onto the dirt road. You felt a brush of wind against your face and the smell of gas , dirt and gunpowder filled your nose . König held out his hand and you grabbed it and he helped you down  . You stuck to his side closely and you kept a nice grip on his hand as always. Soap and the others along with you stood outside and price turned to you and the others .
" We head to Laswell and we tell her about what was seen , we'll relocate but  for now we must wait until we get word from Laswell after we get confirmation . "
Price sans sternly .
Price was always chill and kinda like soap in a way but he was serious right now . It's almost scary to see him so stern and harsh .
shit imagine him on the field . You thought. 
" California girls we're unforgettable, Daisy dukes, Bikinis on top "
Soap sang as you walked towards a large building .
" I hate you with all my heart ."
Ghost sighed , getting agitated from soap .
" Sunkist -
" SHUT THE FUCK UP."
Ghost snapped causing everyone to stay silent and soap looked to see ghost staring angrily at him  . You got startled and you cling to Königs arm as your life depended on it . König shot Ghost a look and Ghost looked down at you and then back to König and sighed .
" sorry kid ..."
Ghost said quietly as you all entered the building.
You walked down the hallway and saw soldiers scattered around everywhere . You went up a flight of stairs hearing chatter from the other soldiers around you . When you had come face to face with other soldiers they silaured you and the others but some of them were puzzled on why there was a child in base. Some stood away and didn't question it due to Ghost being around but hey who would want to mess with Ghost I mean most people already fear him , shit even some of the shadows fear him. They had already dealt with the betrayal of graves and the already finished off Makarov but now they had bigger problems.
