It was finally the weekend. I was half way done with my project and was working on an upcoming idea for a stream.

I was going to do a cooking stream. But not just any cooking stream. I was going to be in a wedding dress. Don't worry, I'm not getting married, I just thought it would be fun. I had to buy a fake ring and everything. Hopefully I don't get any food on the dress while cooking, because I'm renting it. I'm picking the dress, gloves, and veil up tomorrow, and the ring should come in today. I was planning on streaming it tomorrow but I guess we'll just have to see how everything works out.

I was laying on the couch when I heard a knock on the door. I opened it but no one was there. I looked down and I saw an Amazon package. "YESSS!!" I shouted. Little did I know, one of my neighbors was in the hallway and she gave me a nasty look. I smiled awkwardly and shut the door.

Inside the package was my fake ring. It was perfect and it looked so real, but it still felt like plastic. I tried it on and it fit perfectly.

It kinda felt weird wearing a wedding ring, even if it was fake. I put it back in the package and went back to the couch.

I decided to call Alex because I had nothing else better to do. It rang twice before he picked up. "Hi!" he said with a smile. "Hey! I was just calling because I'm bored." I said. "Wait." He said surprised "You're just calling me because you're bored?!" He started fake crying. "Oh my God. Get over it bitch boy."
He started fake crying even louder. I decided to ignore him and watch tiktok just to get a reaction out of him. After a few seconds of my screen being on paused, he spoke.

"Why the fuck aren't you paying attention to me? Oh I know why. YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT ME." I ignored him again. "HEY! CAN YOU HEAR ME??" he shouted. Still, I gave no response. "This is absolutely outrageous. I'm getting the manager." he said with a karen voice. I couldn't help but laugh. "God dammit, I broke character." I said while still laughing. "That's what you get for ignoring me." he said.

It was 10 pm. I was still bored so I decided to do some research on this TwitchCon event in Spain. It was in 2 weeks from now and was going to be held in Madrid. Gosh I hate traveling, especially when it's out of the fucking continent, but I'm still going. I can't just leave Alex hanging like that. And plus, I want to meet all of his friends from the Spanish community, even if I'm only monolingual.

I woke up and hopped out of bed to do my morning routine because I still had to pick up my dress and I had a full day of streaming to do.

I showered, brushed my teeth, etc. and went to go pick up my items I had rented.

I got to the bridal boutique and went up to the counter. The woman behind the desk looked at me with a welcoming smile. "Hi! I'm here to pick up a dress, veil, and gloves." I said. "Name please?" The woman asked politely. "Y/n L/n." I responded.

She was typing on her computer, I'm assuming looking up my name in the system. She looked up at me with a grin and said "Yep! Right this way!"

I followed her to the back where there were hundreds of dresses. They were all so beautiful. Hopefully I'll be wearing one of those one day.

"Hmm." She said while reading the tag on a dress. "Yep! Here it is! And the veil and gloves are in this box!" "Awesome!" I said "Thank you!"

I walked out of the shop and got back to my apartment. It was now 10:00. I'd be streaming at 11:30 if everything went right.

I moved my streaming set up to my kitchen and plugged in the millions of wires that were connected. I did a test run on the camera and the audio to make sure everything was top quality for the stream.

Soon after, I put the clothes on and started putting on my makeup. It was going to be a heavy look because you gotta look good if you're getting married. The makeup somehow ending up looking kind of natural, even though I totally caked my face.

It was 11:30. Time to start the stream. I titled the stream as "COOKING STREAM BUT I JUST GOT MARRIED!!"

I put up my starting soon screen and hit "go live." I watched as the numbers went up and up. I also watched as the chat spammed with confusion.

A few minutes later I turned on the face cam and unmuted my mic. I was out of frame so no one could see me yet. I turned on the classic music they play when the bride walks down the aisle. I slowly started walking into frame with a bouquet in my hand.

The chat started going CRAZY. I couldn't help but laugh. "God dammit, I was supposed to keep a straight face chat. But y'all made me laugh." I said faintly laughing.

"Ok so uh, hate to break it to y'all, but I didn't actually get married." I said.

"Shut the fuck up Theo. Anyways, today we'll be cooking steak and fish. The classic wedding meals."

The stream was almost to an end. I had cooked the fish and steak and surprisingly they came out pretty nice. They even tasted good.

"Alright chat, the stream is coming to an end. But before I end, there's one more thing I wanna do." I said while grabbing my bouquet.

"Alright, y'all try and catch my bouquet." I said while turning around. I tossed the assortment of flowers over my shoulder and directly hit my camera. I was trying to aim for the couch. I guess not playing sports in school really paid off.

"Shit." I said while running over to the camera. It was on the floor so I had to kneel down to look at chat. "Ok well uh that didn't go as planned, but this was a very fun stream. Thank you guys for tuning in and I'll see you soon! BYEEEE." I said while ending stream.
