8:00AM

I woke up to the excitement of it being Christmas Eve.

Shit.

ITS CHRISTMAS EVE!

I have to get Ivan a present.

But that'd be suspicious if I went shopping and told him not to come with me. I'd have to come up with a plan. I guess I could quickly get ready and leave right now? Yep, that's what I'm doing.

I leaped out of bed and quickly rummaged through my closet to find something decent enough to go out in. I threw on the closest pair of sweats and a sweatshirt.

I quickly brushed my hair and teeth and put my shoes on. Although I was rushing, I made sure to be quiet while doing it. I grabbed my keys and headed out the door.

As I was in the elevator, I was thinking of what the hell I was going to get him. I went on tiktok to look up ideas. A video came across my phone of someone buying their boyfriend designer items. A lightbulb went off. That's what I wanted to do, even if I couldn't afford it right now. He deserved it. After all, he did buy me a pair of $2,000 Versace boots, so it's the least I can do.

And it worked out perfectly because the Gucci store is just a couple blocks down from where i live, so I could walk to the store. I exited my apartment lobby and set out for this last minute Christmas shopping. Hopefully there's still a selection at the store due to it literally being the day before Christmas. I doubt they're sold out though. Do designer stores even sell out? I guess I'll have to wait and see.

I looked at my map on my phone and saw that I was right around where the store was. I looked up and spotted the gold letters spelling out "Gucci" above a double glass door.

I walked in and I immediately felt like I was the in Buckingham Palace. It was so nice and fancy. I was greeted by one of the sales associates. "Hey! Welcome in! May I help you with anything today?"

"Yes actually. I was wondering where the men's accessories are." I said. "Yes ma'am. Right this way." They said. I followed them around the store. They brought me to a display of items towards the back of the store. "This is where you should find everything you need." They said.

"Ok!" I said, "Thank you so much!" "Of course!" They walked off and went to go help other customers. I looked up at the array of items that was displayed in front of me.

I spotted the jewelry and started looking there. Ivan obviously likes rings. He wears so many of them. I looked at the options for rings.

They weren't what I was expecting. They probably have more online like every other store.

I continued looking at the rings when I realized someone. "Shit." I said under my breath. I don't know Ivan's damn ring size. I would call one of his friends, but how the hell would they know what size ring he wears?

I guess I would just have to assume and hope for the best.

I saw a ring that looked perfect and I knew Ivan would like it.
