Constance breathed heavily, the pain felt delicious to her, she tried her best to hide her ears and cheeks by pulling her hood further over her head, they held a faint blush. Her golden eyes flitted over to Maro and she smiled shyly to him, she remembered he felt what she was feeling.

Maro was unable to hide his own expression, his cheeks pink. He glanced at her but quickly looked away. Baldassare was still using him for support.

"What's your problem?" Baldassare snapped to his brother, his eyebrows furrowed.

"Nothing." Maro immediately answered.

"Let me get you back, my little girl will be throwing a temper tantrum any minute." Bonnie said, waving Mimi close. Baldassare gave her a confused look, frowning as Bonnie held out a hand for Mimi to take. Deacon came over to Constance, a small smile on his face as his brow raised at her pink cheeks.

Mimi happily grabbed onto Bonnie's hand and bounced in place. Constance gave a sharp, playful, look at Deacon before she walked over to the group she stuck to Maro's side. Bonnie was smirking back at Baldassare due to his immediate glare before her magic oozed out of her and pooled around their feet. Once tethered back at the cottage Deacon clapped his hands.

"Good job team, that was quick and almost effortless." He laughed.

"Shut up." Baldassare snapped. He pulled away from Maro, despite Maro's hands hovering to catch him if he stumbled. "Effortless, my ass." He tethered away.

"Aw, he left you all alone." Bonnie grinned at Mimi. Not letting go of her hand. Mimi pouted but then grinned up at her.

"I can show you my toys!" She clapped excitedly. Constance shook her head at her cousin.

"I wonder if Flint is around?" She muttered out loud mostly to herself.

"Don't you need to go home?" Maro asked Bonnie, looking between her and Mimi.

"Let them be, Maro." Deacon grinned, moving to wrap an arm around Maro's shoulders. Maro was a bit uncomfortable with it but he let it go, looking at Constance now.

"He might just be inside." Maro gave Deacon a small smile before pulling away from him and going to Constance.

"I'll see you later Constance. We'll do more research on the time spell." Deacon winked before he tethered out. Bonnie walked away with Mimi, heading for the shop.

"Balda isn't going to like that..." Maro said softly. She could feel his hesitation and worry under the surface of his calm expression. Constance smiled at him.

"I think there's more going on than we realize." She giggled and gracefully walked over to him. There was a wave of uncomfortableness. Maro's face scrunched slightly.

"I saw... still." Maro mumbled, taking her hand gently in his. "Let's check on Flint." He changed the subject. When it came to talking about Baldassare and Mimi, he never liked to discuss it. She nodded at him and headed inside slightly eager to see what her brother was up to.

"Flint?" She called out to him. Her eyes scanned the cottage but she could not see him. Maro frowned, immediately searching the house. Amusingly enough he acted like a dog with the way he carefully checked every room downstairs before heading up.

She looked around slightly amused with him as she used her charm, her golden eyes glowed and stung a little, she smirked at the pain as she scanned her house. She saw no sign of Flint. In the vicinity. "Maro, he's not here."

"Where is he?" Maro snapped slightly as he jogged back down her stairs. He was still frowning, his brows furrowed. She could feel how worried he was. "Maude and I will check the woods."
