I'm A Jerk, Fight Me!

Naruto watched as Hinata giggled at Sarutobi Konohamaru. She apparently met him during Genin Registration Day where he attempted to kill the Hokage who also happened to be his grandfather. In the end, his attempt to bully her was met with a disappointed and disapproving look that reminded him painfully of his mom. Since then he took a shine of her.

Naruto just think of him as her cuter pet.

He especially favored the boy after he (correctly to Naruto at least) assumed that Naruto's her boyfriend, to which Hinata grew red and flustered. She's so cute, dattebayo! She looked apologetically at him but Naruto just smiled indulgingly at her, adding to Konohamaru's (not really) misunderstanding. The two then bumped into Sakura whom Konohamaru called ugly in comparison to Hinata since he was trying to impress Hinata in his childish way.

Sakura was not amused.

She chased Konohamaru and the brat ran off in fear of her fist. Hinata being Hinata tried to do damage control so she chased after them. Naruto followed her because, really, he has nothing better to do. Now she tried to make the boy in black put Konohamaru down after the brat ran into him, "Please put him down, Suna-san,"

The furry in weird makeup grinned at her, "I would if you go out with me,"

Hinata didn't budge, "I'm afraid that is impossible. Otou-sama is really strict about people I meet up with. Especially with people from outside Konoha," She repeat, "Please put him down, Suna-san," After a moment, she added, "He is Hokage-sama's Honorable Grandson after all,"

Did Naruto ever mention how much he love it when she bring out her Hyuuga blood? She has such an astounding gap moe! Knowing that Hinata can handle herself, he just stand aside and keep an eye on the boy with gourd on the tree. He also noticed Sasuke landing on the opposite branch on the same tree, eyeing the furry with makeup.

Furry dropped Konohamaru with a pout before trying again with Hinata, "Oh come on sweet cheeks. When else can you go out with a desert stud like me?"

The blond girl with the big fan behind him snorted in disgust.

Sasuke landed in front of her defensively, "She's not going anywhere with a creep like you,"

Naruto pulled Hinata to his side, "Yeah. Hinata's not into furry. She likes animals, sure, but I don't think she like boys in fur suit especially one that plays with his sister's makeup,"

The blond girl snorted at his embarrassment, "He got you there, Kankuro,"

Furry guy sputtered, "It's war paint! Also, this is what Suna Puppeteer Corps wear as uniform!"

Naruto added, "Besides, she's more into foxes than cats anyway. They're more fluffy,"

Shippou snorted but preened at his roundabout compliment.

Hinata sighed but her cheeks flushed pleasantly either way, "Naruto-kun, please be nice,"

Naruto shrugged, "I'm just telling the truth, dattebayo,"

Kankuro noticed the dynamic and deflated, "What does this stupid blond have that I don't?"

Naruto grinned, "Her favorite fox?"

Shippou couldn't stop puffing his chest.

Sands swirled beside the boy and the two paled as a short red head with a giant gourd on his back appeared. He looked at Hinata before turning to Sasuke, "You...what's your name?"

Sasuke hid his confusion, "Uchiha Sasuke,"

Gourd boy nodded, a sick smile spreading across his face, "Sabaku no Gaara. Mother...mother wants your blood," The disturbing expression disappeared as he turn to the other Suna Shinobi, "Come, Kankuro, Temari. Stop embarrassing yourself or I'll get mad,"
