"Fuck!"

At the curse and cacophonous sound of falling items, everyone's attention shoots towards the door. They catch sight of Violet, late again, scrambling to pick up her scattered make up from the ground.

The squad's in the gym building, and finished setting up in Pleek Chamber and the court 20 minutes ago. The interview (and now mini tryout) was pushed back due to the lateness of the mouthy red head. April tried to keep Ray cool for a while, but knew the ravenette was not a fan of tardiness.

As expected, the ravenette furiously marches towards Violet. April hastily ends the conversation with Penny and Kanye. She'd been asking the Angel members about Violet's whereabouts anyway. April, Autumn and Oakley make it to the feisty pair at the same time. The singer notes the scowl cross Violet's face, clearly not happy with whatever Ray said to her.

"If you must know, Ray Mond," Violet starts, speaking her name in clear disdain, "I was getting the best dick of my life. I was a little late because he decided to release his stuff all over me." The suggestive, taunting grin she gives Ray is clearly meant to piss the ravenette off. Based on the red, disgusted fury on Ray's face, it's working too.

Most thought of the girl as silent and detached. It's the energy she gave off most days but it's also just because she wasn't around much and therefore was not involved as much. Before, the ravenette did not get the chance to truly introduce herself. They would learn soon enough now that she was going to be around more. Don't fuck with her. When the ravenette's pissed, it was a different story. Her temper could probably rival Ramee's.

While the songstress wanted some spicy drama, it is not the time. The meeting's already late, and a lot of people needed to be seen. She's stepping forward to break up the duo when Ray speaks up. "You're disgusting. Do you not have any self value, you pig?"

Oop.

The ravenette's mouth would get her in trouble with the Angels before she even knew they were a gang it seemed. April noticed the scowl cross Oakley's mouth before he spoke. He's Violet's ride or die, so Ray talking shit to her wasn't going to fly.

"You're cool Ray, but don't talk to my sister like that ever. You won't like what happens." The threat is light and knowing Oakley, was only meant to make her back off, no real meaning in it. But it irked April. She loved Oakley. He's an original bestie after all, but that was not going to fly.

"Just like you're looking out for your gorl, I'll do the same." April interrupts. Autumn's quietly steps up too, glaring at Violet and Oakley. "Don't threaten her." Her voice is clear and firm, making sure they hear the undertones in it.

The Angels were pretty much raised by some of the CG members. They've known each other for years and had mutual respect. The Angels did a lot of business for the core members like WuChang events, Dodo promotions, and helped them with criminal related shit too. The boys had their backs for the most part. April and Autumn did too. Plus, April loved Oakley. He was the closest member to her in the gang. But threatening Ray would not fly in front of her or Autumn.

"There is no need to fight." The siren tries to pacify. She knows the Angels are important to CG. She especially knows of one member known to protect them. She didn't want to cause any tensions between anyone, so she quickly made work to deescalate. April gave Oakley an apologetic glimpse, resolving to talk to him after the meeting to clear up any tension. "Violet, please be prompt next time."
