When Ray said she needed to spend less time with Randy, she didn't actually want to do it. However, after they arrived at paintball, the ravenette was still upset with Randy and he with her. He tried to talk to her but she ignored him, and that of course pissed him off even more.

Then Taco dropped her off at home cause Randy had to help Miguel with something. She didn't bother to text him that night. Within the next two weeks, both of them were super busy and barely got to spend time together. When they did hang out, they didn't ruin vibes by discussing anything serious, though there were moments.

Over those two weeks, Ray kept busy with a court case for her brother, Ramee and April drama, selling thermite, and mostly practicing for the championship. The night Ramee got arrested, Randy let her know he'll be even busier taking care of shit for the vulture's business and gang duties. Throughout everything, the man keeping his promise to contact her was a pleasant surprised.

They celebrated Ramee's birthday at a club, although the man's in jail. Ray helped Tommy and Lana get together. She remembers Randy had been in a strange mood after disappearing with April at some point. The ravenette wanted to ask him about it, but decided against it. She can't be so attached to him even if she wanted to hold on like a leech.

When Ray sold thermite to CB the next day, Raymond asked her to do a boost, and the girl agreed without much thought. It was great practice for her, her gang had their own shit to do, Raymond's an excellent driver, and the force was low on cops during the late hour. She was so focused on hacking she didn't give the two CVPIs going against one S+ boost much attention.

"Holy shit!" Raymond exclaims as he pulls into the vin scratch place after he loses cops. "You completed the hack, good shit Ray!" Ray giggles when he hugs her in excitement. She's done many other boosts, and one S+ before that she almost completely failed but this went smoothly with no fails.

As Raymond goes to the guy that would vin scratch the car, Ray pulls out her phone to text Randy the great news. The sudden thought of sending anything to the man makes her more nervous than she's been with him in a very long time. Mostly, she doesn't want the man to ask who she'd done it with and then question her intentions.

As if he'd care.

Breathing through her nose to relax, she places her phone back into her pocket deciding to keep this to herself.

"You want to go to the casino?" Raymond asks her when they settle back in a different car. Ray figures it'd be fun since she hadn't done it in a while.

"So, Ray." Raymond clearing his throat as they drive. Ray looks up from texting Ramee's burner, waiting for the man to continue. "I have to be honest here. I am interested in you, in more than a friendly way."

Shocked, the ravenette's mouth drops. Since the break up with Kitty a few months back, he's been known on the streets as a player. He talked to any woman who caught his eye, to be honest. She's a woman and he's a player so him trying to get with her wasn't a surprise.

The part that surprised her was that even she knew that Yuno doesn't like the idea of Rayx2. Before Raymond was officially with Kitty, he slightly flirted with her but Yuno immediately showed his disdain and disapproval of the possibility.
