THE WAKING WORLD _
LONDON, ENGLAND
When Morpheus had finished, Johanna didn't really know what to say about that.
Of course, she knew about the Endless and their function to serve humanity, but she had never heard of a prophecy involving three other family members which were labelled as outcasts.
She had heard various stories about them, about the sweet kiss of Death or the shining colours of Delirium, of Destructions joy to paint and make whole cities crumble only with a snap.
Stories about the gigantic maze in the garden of Destiny and how the path of life could affect you, about Desire who was neither a man nor a woman, but somewhere in between.
Stories about the burden of life, making you end up in the mirrors of Despair and how she could shatter one into pieces, only with her little hook cutting into flesh.
And she had heard about Dream who would visit you every night, bringing you the most beautiful sleep one would never have again.
But Johanna Constantine had certainly never heard about Passion, the one who had created her brothers' very own Dream to play music.
The one who somehow managed to stand very still, until she got noticed.
"Jeez, you scared the living shit out of me!", Johanna called out, observing Morpheus' sister from head to toe.
Passion was dressed in a pink Hoodie with matching sneakers and her blonde hair hanging loosely over her shoulders.
She was the most beautiful girl Johanna had ever seen.
If anyone saw her right now, no one would certainly think of her as a rather powerful goddess.
A goddess who had been cast out, due to reasons no one couldn't really tell.
But if she knew herself, she made a rather good job by not being bothered.
