chapter 24

The adventure begins

Elizas pov,

Today is the day. I am so excited, I still don't know where we are going but I am looking forward to making memories with tristan. Dad had offered to take us to the airport to drop us off, which tris accepted. Tris and dad load up the car whilst I take one last walk round the house. Strange? Yes, but when I'm back it wouldn't be for long before I head off for training. I'm cut out of my thought by a pair of arm wrapping round my waist and a head on my shoulder, 'you ready love?' I hear Tristan say, 'yes I am' I reply I spin round hugging him before placing a gentle kiss on his lips.

Tris leads me to the car and we climb in to head to the airport, 'please can I know?' I ask, 'nope' tris says, 'it's a suprise'. We get to the airport and dad parks up he and tris gets our bags out of the boot and we walk into the airport. 'You wait with dad and I will get us checked in' Tris says kissing my forehead. I feel dad wrap his arm around my waist as we watch tris check us in. 'I'm so proud of you els' dad says looking down at me, 'go make memories and I look forward to hearing all about your travels when you get back'  he says.  'Will you be okay?' I ask, I think it would be strange for him being in an empty house by himself 'of course Els, Riles is comming over and we are going to spend some time together, we haven't done in a long time.' He says.

Tristan's pov,

I look back over my shoulder to see Joe wrap his arm around elizas waist, I see that they are talking. I head to the check in desk, the tickets i had brought for us is 1st class, which I know Els have never experienced before, our first stop is France and our hotel room has an amazing view, but we will find that out later. Once I have checked in I walk back over to Joe and Eliza. 'Are you ready love' I say. 'Yes I am tris' she replies 'bye you two, have fun' Joe says pulling us in for a hug. We say goodbye to Joe and begin to walk towards security I have my arm around her waist and I am smiling looking forward to the coming weeks.

Joe's pov.

I had offered to take Tris and Eliza to the airport, once there I help tris with unloading the bags and we all walk into the airport together.

'You wait with dad and I will get us checked in' Tris says kissing Elizas forehead, it makes me smile seeing how much he loves and cares for her. I wrap my arm around her waist as we watch tris check them in. 'I'm so proud of you els' i say looking down at her, 'go make memories and I look forward to hearing all about your travels when you get back'.  'Will you be okay?' She ask, it makes me feel happy and smile when she says this, knowing she cares and worries for me 'of course Els, Riles is comming over and we ate going to spend some time together, we haven't done in a long time.' I told her, I'm looking forward to surprising her on the trip.

I look and see Tristan heading back to us. 'Are you ready love' he says, once he reads us 'Yes I am tris' she replies 'bye you two, have fun' I says pulling them in for a hug. They say goodbye to me and begin to walk towards security Tris have my arm around her waist.

Elizas pov.

We get through security and Tristan covers my eyes leads me towards and unknown place. He stops and uncovers my eyes 'suprise' he says, I spin round and look at him, 'really' I say, 'yes' he says kissing my lips, we were stood outside of the first class lounge. Tristan takes my hand and we walk into the lounge.

He leads me to some seats by the window and we look out at the planes taking off. I look out of the window in awe, I hear  the sound of a camera and look to see tris has taken a picture on the Polaroid which is printing out, it also saves the pictures onto an sd card which is helpful, once printed he shakes it. 'You might want this' he says handing me something. I look down to see my passport with a ticket sticking out, I open my passport and look at the ticket.
