chapter 53

Aspens pov

It's been a few months since I got the role and first met the cast. They are very friendly, I get on well with Seb, Chris Evans. I go to the gym with Seb during the week, once a week we meet up at a cafe. None of my cast mates know where I live. We start filming soon.

I had meeting with Anthony and Joe russo one afternoon. 'So Aspen. As you have a prospetic we would like arrange to get some made for when you are filming. This would make sure your one doesn't get damaged' Joe russo says 'thank you.' I say 'it's no problem. We will arrange a date for it to happen, we might be able to do it the same day as seb gets his done as his character has a metal arm. Anthony says 'thanks let me know when and if there is anything you need.

One day I had arranged to meet Seb at the gym to work out. Whilst we we on the treadmill i was telling him about my meeting with the russos. 'What are you doing the rest of the day?' I ask seb as we are doing the weights 'meeting up with Chris at his place this afternoon. What about you?' Seb says 'going to a bakery to get lunch before chilling at home also looking over the script' I say.

After we had finished our work out we said our goodbyes before I went to the bakery. When I got home I had some food before heading to my room to play my keyboard.  I began to play 'this is me' from greatest showman singing whilst I was playing, after playing I started to play 'from now on' .

Whilst playing 'from now on' I noticed my neighbour joining in with me, I could just hear his voice through the wall.

Chris's pov

I was sat on my bed looking over the script, I heard my neighbour starting to play their keyboard they were playing 'this is me' I could just hear their voice through the wall. When they finished that song they moved on to 'from now on' so I sat at my keyboard which was by the joining wall and played along with them. At the end of the song there was knocking at my door, I went to answer it to see Seb.

'Hey Chris' Seb says to me 'Hey Seb, come on in' I say. I lead him to my bedroom as that is where I left my script. As we walk in we could hear my neighbour playing a new song and singing ' A million dreams'. 'WOW. Is that your neighbour?' Seb ask me 'yes it is' I reply 'have you met them yet?' He asks 'not yet' I say 'why it's been months since they moved in.' Seb says 'tell you what. After this song we go and say hello'  Seb suggests 'sure' I say.

After the song finished we get up to head to meet the neighbour. I knock on the door we heard a voice say 'coming'. The door opens.

Aspens pov.

I had just finished playing 'a million dreams' when there was a knock at my door. 'Coming' I call out. I walk over to the door and open it. 'Aspen?' The two guys outside said 'hey Chris. Hey seb. You best come in' I say showing them in 'you sounded amazing' Chris says 'what do you mean?' I asks 'the songs you were just playing' he tells me 'especially 'from now on' I enjoyed playing alongside.' Chris tells me 'that was you? I ask 'yes it was.' Chris says 'why didn't you tell us you lived here?' Seb asks 'we've been settling in' I tell him.

'Hey Asp. I'm home' I hear Eddie call out. 'I'm in the lounge with our neighbour' I call back 'OK. Oh hey Chris hey Seb' Eddie says when he sees who it is. 'Do you guys want a drink' I ask they all say yes  I went into the kitchen to make the drinks. I see Chris come in 'hey Aspen' he says giving me a hug, ' I couldn't ask for a better neighbour' he tells me 'same here chris' I say returning a hug 'sorry if you hear me screaming some nights' I tell him 'it's just that I get very bad nightmares from my past' I tell him. 'It's okay. I'm always here if you want to talk' Chris tells me. He helps me to carry the drinks into the lounge where we sit down with Seb and Eddie.

'I told Seb this when we were at the gym. But I had a meeting with the russos. They are arranging for me to have some prospetic made for filming.'  I tell them. After we finished our drinks I said to i showed them round, finishing at my room.

Seb saw the pictures of me and Eddie growing up 'so this is you and Eddie?' He asks 'yes. He took care of me for most of my life. Never really knew of my parents. But I'm greatful for having him'  i say. 'I like your vinyl collection Aspen' Chris says 'thanks I enjoy they ones you recommend.'  I say. I currently had one of The Vamps viynls on the player 'You like the vamps?' Chris asks 'yeah. One of my favourite UK bands' I say 'never seen them on tour tho'  I continue 'who's your favourite?' Seb asks 'all of them. They all have unique qualities which makes the band amazing' I say 'I also like listening to show song like greatest showman, Disney songs. I enjoy listening to take that, ub40, Coldplay, busted, mcfly ABBA Steps. Just to name a few.' I say.

'We will have to meet up more often to run through the script' Chris says 'I agree' Seb says 'true and hang out too.' I say
