chapter 49

Elizas pov.

I have been discharged from hospital for about 5 weeks. I was at the lads place with Tristan as dad had a meetings. We spent the time chilling out watching films, playing games. We have also been in the studio recording the song I had written, when they got notice of me being MIA again I had said that if anything happens to me they were to give my notebook, song book and guitar to dad and tris. We began with James and tris on the controls whilst I recorded each of the individual parts before we put it together to make the song.

I didn't know that everything was going to change. I was sat in the living room with James and Tristan as we were gaming when the door went. 'I'll get it' James tells us, before going to get the door. He comes back with Dad and Riles. 'Eliza we need to talk' Riles tells me 'okay' I reply. We walk to mine and Tristans room, once we are in I close the door 'okay. Is everything okay?' I ask 'no eliza' Riles says 'we have to go.' He continues 'go? Why?' I ask 'I can't say. Sarg needs us at base ASAP. He says pack a bag. Of essentials.' Riles says. This is now scaring me 'I don't know what to pack' I say.

Riles helps me to pack 'what about my guitar?' I ask as it helps me to relax. 'Sorry but sadly not. No personal items'  we finish packing  before Riles takes my bags outside to the car, as I leave the bedroom I look towards Tris and James 'what's going on?' They ask 'is everything okay?' James asks. 'Eliza car please, now.' Riles tells me I head out to the car.

Riles pov.

I'm going to hate doing this. I had the sarg ring me saying that we have to get to base ASAP and to pack a bag of essentials no personal items. I head to the lads place with Joe. I knock on the door which James answered.

'Eliza we need to talk' I tells her 'okay' she reply. We walk to hers and Tristans room, once we are in she closes the door 'okay. Is everything okay?' She asks 'no eliza' I tell her 'we have to go.' I continued  'go? Why?' Eliza asks me 'I can't say. Sarg needs us at base ASAP. He says pack a bag. Of essentials.' I say. I can tell this is scaring her 'I don't know what to pack' she says.

I helps Eliza to pack 'what about my guitar?' She asks. 'Sorry but sadly not. No personal items'  we finish packing  before I take her bags outside to the car, as she leave the bedroom she looks towards Tris and James 'what's going on?' They ask 'is everything okay?' James asks. 'Eliza car please, now.' I tell her before she heads out to the car. 'James, Tris, Joe. I don't know and can't say' I say before running out of the door closing it behind me, getting in the car and driving to the base.

Elizas pov

The drive is silent as Riles drives to the base. As soon as we get to base Riles jumps out he opens my door before grabbing our bags. He rushes us into the base to sargs office. When we reach his office we enter.

'I'm sorry Eliza' Sarg starts 'but you can not stay in the uk. It's not safe at the moment' he continues. 'OK so what's happening' I ask as we sit down at his desk. 'You are going to America. You both will have new identities and history. We have sorted this with the us army and us embassy. We have got you a place there, you have passes for a local gym. You will be paid money into both of your bank accounts. Eliza we have got you an audition for a film.' Sarg says. 'You new identities are Aspen and Eddie McQueen. Eddie is Aspen brother.

When you get there you can get anything you need. Eliza there will be a new guitar for you, Riles you will have a mobile which has Joe's number on which is for emergencies only. We also have a mobile for each of you.' Sargs says. 'So when do we leave and how?' Riles asks 'you leave now. We have got an army plane taking you. Here is your new passports and Id cards.' Sarg says passing them to us.

Sarg takes us to where the plane is waiting 'ready Aspen?' 'I guess Eddie' I say. As we board the plane to begin again
