chapter 43

Joe's pov

It makes me happy seeing Eliza having fun. I can tell she enjoys spending time with the lads, they are her family not including Riles and myself, they take care of her and looks out for her.

We have been to the crazy golf this morning I loved seeing tris helping Els with holding the golf club. Riles and I travelled in my car and Eliza went in James's car with the lads, when we drove passed them we could see them all singing and laughing.

we are currently having pizza for lunch, we opted to share pizzas. Eliza is sat in between Tris and James. Riles and I chat whilst we watch Eliza and the lads  laughing, we are going bowling after we have finished before heading back home where they are camping out again, tomorrow night (friday) it will just be Tristan, Eliza and myself. Riles will be heading back to his before coming to pick up Eliza on Saturday to head to base. 

I am forever greatful for Riles, ever since Eliza was young he helped take care of her. When I was on tour with artists she stayed with him, she has her own room at his place. When they are on the base and on tour for the army they are in share a room or have connecting rooms but majority of the time it's shared, they stay in the main block with all of the higher rank and they all help Eliza making sure she is okay. 

Riles has told me that when she was in the protection centre some of the men there didn't take took kindly to her. When she goes away and she sends letters and things I always keep them in a box which I get out and re-look through them when I am missing her.

'You okay dad?' I look to where the voice  came from to see Eliza smiling at me 'yeah, just thinking about memories' I reply smiling back. We all continue chatting until its time to head to bowling.

James pov

'That was amazing' Eliza says 'I agree' I respond. We all head out to the cars to head to bowling. I climb into the drivers seat with Connor I'm the passenger seat, Eliza, Tristan and Brad are in the back. I have enjoyed the past few days, a nice break before we begin our Tour prep. We have rehearsals and run throughs leading up to Christmas and then final preps after before tour starts in March.

Soon we arrive to go bowling and we all head inside. We go and get our bowling shoes before heading to our lane, we input our names before starting to bowl. Joe and Riles popped to get us a drink, I wanted to get a photo of us. 'Hey guys' I say 'let's take a photo for socials' I suggest. 'Sure. I can take it for you' Eliza says 'let's have one with you in.' Brad says. She takes one of us lads and when Riles and Joe came back they took one of the with us. 

My phone bleeps with a notification. I see Eliza has posted a photo.

We begin our games of bowling, Eliza is amazing at bowling, quite often she got strikes. During the game when she not bowling her and Tris are sat together with Tris wrapping his arm around her as they watch the others bowl, occasionally they kiss each other, I manage to get a photo of them kissing. They look so happy together.

Elizas pov

We took some photos for socials, '@Elizaoneil: spending time with my fav guys before tour prep begins, will miss you tons'

My phone bleeps with a notification from James social. It was of  tris and I from crazy golf.

We begin our games, I'm quite good at bowling getting strikes. During the game when Tris and I are not bowling we sit on one of the seats cuddling whilst we watch the others bowl, occasionally we share a kiss.

Once we finish our games we head back to the cars when we get home we are camping again. This is my final night with everyone before I head off to training. Although I have done this many years, I always miss them, goodbyes are hard but I always look forward to the reunions.

We spend the evening watching movies and playing games before we head back into the tent. I lay down on mine and Tristans bed with my head on his chest, he wraps his arm around me, I doesn't take long for me to fall asleep.

Tristan's pov.

Eliza and I are laying on our bed whilst the others are getting ready, she has her head on my chest I wrap my arm around her, kissing her forehead 'night love' I say. I realise she is already fast asleep, I see the others heading into the tent 'asleep already?' Brad asks 'yeah, as soon as her head hit my chest' I reply smiling. The lads all get on their beds we all say night before James switches of the light 

Elizas pov

I wake up suddenly during the night, I try to get back to sleep. Realising I can't I carefully slip out of bed and out of the tent. I walk round the back of the tent before climbing into my hammock, gently swaying I fall back to sleep.

Tristan's pov

I roll over to find Eliza not in the bed, i have an idea of where she is so I pick up our blanket, leaving the tent I walk round to her hammock where she is asleep. I lay the blanket over her before carefully climbing in the hammock lifting her slightly so she is laying on me, I wrap my arms around her, swaying the hammock as I fall asleep.

James pov.

I wake up in the morning, I look over to Tristans and Eliza bed to see its empty.  I carefully leave the tent as Brad and con are still asleep, looking over to where Elizas hammock is to see them both fast asleep.

I head inside to get ready, today Brad, Con and myself say goodbye to Eliza,giving her and Tris time together before she leaves on Saturday. Whilst she's at training we begin our Tour prep ready for tour next year, Eliza has told us that she doesn't think she will be home for Christmas, we can always have a belated Christmas when she is back.

I'm walking back to the tent as Brad and con are waking up 'Where's the lovebirds' Brad asks 'asleep in Els hammock' I say they both go to wake them 'let them rest, go get ready. Then we can start breakfast' I tell them.

Elizas pov

I wake up to find Tristan asleep behind me in my hammock, I can hear James telling  Brad and Con to not wake us. It made me smile when Brad called us lovebirds. I roll onto my front so our chests are touching, reaching my arms his neck I kiss his lips. Tristan opens his eyes, 'morning love, sleep well?' He asks smiling 'I did thanks' I reply kissing him 'the others are awake' I tell him 'shall we head in and get ready?' He asks 'we can or we can cuddle more' I say smiling. I love my cuddles with Tris. Tonight is our last night together and I'm going to give him his dog tags today.

After cuddling we decide to head in to get ready, we could smell the breakfast. Tris climbs out of the hammock first before helping me out, 'M'Lady' he says smiling. We walk inside being greeted by the others 'morning guys sleep well' I asks 'I did. Did you' Brad asks 'I did.' I reply 'breakfast will be ready in 15' James says 'ta James' tris says 'let's go get ready' tris tells me. We head towards our room to get ready for the day.
