GAVIN'S POV
xyree and i are in good terms now
we've been going out a lot for the past few months
and i'm even falling for her deeply each day
i ended things with celestia and trust me, it didn't go well
today we're going in an amusement park, it's her request
we got here a couple of minutes ago
"what do you wanna do first? wanna go play some game or ride some rides?" i asked her
"hmm, i think we should ride some rides first" she replied
"okay, rides it is" i said and held her hands
una naming sinakyan ang viking na ride
pumwesto kami sa pinaka dulo
"ready?" i asked her
"yeah" she replied
the ride started and as soon as it flew really high people started screaming their lungs out
"whooooooo" sigaw ni xyree
everytime na baba 'yung ride parang naiiwan sa itaas 'yung kaluluwa ko but i have to keep a poker face
i don't wanna look weak
damn this ride
nang matapos 'yung ride ay agad na kaming bumaba
hinatak ako ni xyree sa ibang rides
madami kaming sinakyan bago naglaro
we ride the roller coaster, tower drop, surf dance and a lot more
i feel like i'm gonna be sick
hinatak niya ako papunta sa game booths
we ended up playing balloon dart
the mechanics were simple you have to pop a balloon to win a prize
i positioned myself and aim for the balloon and then threw the dart
boom, hit it
"whooo galing!" xyree screamed
i chuckled
i popped some of the balloons and won a huge bear
i gave it to xyree
"i'll name this gabgab" she said
"gabgab? really?" i said sarcastically
"yeah, what's wrong with gabgab? isn't it cute?" she teasingly said
"whatever, come on" i said
naglaro pa kami ng ibang games before we decided to go to my favorite spot and have some talk
i drove to my favorite spot and as soon as we got there we sat at the grass
you can see the city light from here
i felt xyree's head in my shoulder
"xy, thank you" i said
"thank you for what?" she replied
"thank you for giving me a chance" i said
she looked at me
"kung hindi mo ako binigyan ng chance i don't know where would i be right now, i'll probably died from jealousy" i joked
she laughed
"kidding aside i'm really thankful that you gave me a chance to prove my self, you know i've been trying so hard from the past months to prove that my feelings for you is true and genuine i just hope i did that" i said
"you did" she replied
"really?" i asked
"yeah, surprisingly you made me believe in you" she joked
"oh come on, parang napilitan ka pa ah" i said
"nah, konti lang" she teasingly replied
we talked there for a while before we decided to go home
hinatid ko siya sa kanila
i opened the door for her
"thank you for today gavin, i really appreciate it" she said
"it's nothing, thank you din sa time" i replied
i kissed her forehead and said goodbye
i watched her as she walked to their door
before she got in their house she waved me goodbye
i waved back at her and smiled
what a beautiful evening, i think i'll be sleeping soundly tonight...
