GAVIN'S POV
"what the hell is wrong with you gavin!?" my mom screamed on top of her lungs
"what?" i replied
"i can't believe you! 'yung pagbabaliwala mo kay xyree mapa-palagpas ko pa pero 'yung ginawa mo kanina? you didn't even bother to help her!" she said
"look mom it's not my fault if she's stup-" she cut my words, the next thing i knew i felt her hands on my face
i was stunned for a moment, did my mom just slapped me?but she never hurt me before
"i don't know what to do with you anymore! i didn't raise you like this gavin what did i do!? i won't talk to you not until you apologise to xyree i'm done with you" she angrily said then she walked out
am i being too much? she know that i don't like her ilang beses ko na siyang tinulak palayo it's her fault not mine hindi ako magso-sorry sa kanya
one week later
days had passed my mom still doesn't talk to me so i've decided to swallow my pride and apologise to xyree
i've been enjoying this kind of freedom walang xyree na uma-aligid sa'kin nangungulit at kung ano pa it's such a relief
but i need to talk to her and apologise, if it weren't for my mom i wouldn't even bother to apologise but since my mom take it seriously i have to do it
"goodmorning class" bumalik ako sa pagmumuni-muni nang marinig ko si sir francis

i stood up and walk into the door with the boys
pumunta kami sa cafe na malapit sa school as i walked on the entrance of the cafe i saw xyree somewhere in the corner of the cafe with matthew tss i thought she like me? eh bakit kasama niya si matthew dito? she has a bestfriend as far as i know tss hoe
well i mean it's been a week and i haven't heard anything from her i guess she likes matthew now, that's good
unti unti akong naglakad patungo sa direksyon ni xyree, huminto ako sa gilid niya na siya namang kinataas niya ng tingin ganon din si matthew
"let's talk" i said plainly
naka-titig lang siya sakin na animo'y nakakita ng multo
"are you really that dumb? i said let's talk" i said again
"hey dude it's not necessary to talk to her like that you could've asked her in a nice wa-"
"shh matt ayos lang" pag-putol sa kanya ni xyree

"follow me" i said and start to walk on the parking lot of the cafe
i saw her following me as soon as we got on the parking lot i faced her
"look it's not what you think, i'm apologising because my mom's still mad at me that's why i have to apologise to you, so i'm sorry" i said as i make face
XYREE'S POV
i was dumbfounded when i heard him apologising tho it's not what i want to hear but still he apologise
"there you go again spacing out, what the fuck xyree" he said coldly
agad naman akong bumalik sa ulirat
"ah yeah? about last time? it's totally fine" i said
"well if that's the case i'll go ahead and don't ever, bother me again if you don't want to get hurt and for the nth time i don't like you" he said
those words shattered my heart into pieces even tho i heard it many times it hurts like hell whenever he says it
before he can walk away i grabbed his hand
tumingin siya ng matalim sa'kin at agad na binawi ang kamay niya
"what's wrong with you!? kakasa-" i didn't let him finish
"just give me a few more days just until your birthday? besides 2 days nalang naman 18th birthday mo na i promise after your birthday i will never bother you again" i said
pinipigilan ko ang luhang nagbabadyang bumagsak sa mata ko
"fine just until my birthday then get lost." he said coldly as he walked
i just watched him walked away from me
