JUNGKOOK POV

I groaned when my phone went off, It wasn't even light out yet.

Way too early.

I rolled over and grabbed my
cell phone off the nightstand
and brought it in front of me.

I had to squint at the screen.

"Fuck, what does he want?"

I swiped my finger over the screen to get to the
message app.

"What?" I typed out.

"Do you know what time it is?"

I didn't even know what time
it was.

I glanced at the upper corner
of my screen.

"It's only six o'clock in the freaking morning."

"Are you insane?"

"I need your help, bro."

I groaned again, louder
this time.

"Why? I'm not even in the wedding party."

"I can just meet you at the venue."

"I need you to come to the wedding venue right now."

"Now?"

He really was insane.

"The wedding is not until
noon."

"I need you to get to the
venue now." he said again.

"It's an emergency."

I huffed.

It was always an
emergency with Guk.

"Fine, Let me take a shower
and get dressed and then
I'll be there."

"Just hurry."

Whatever.

I set my phone back on the nightstand and rubbed at
my eyes.

I so didn't want to do this.

I didn't want to do any of this.

I just wanted to get on the
plane and fly home.

I was half tempted to do just that but I knew I'd never
hear the end of it if I did.

Guk would hound me until I
did what he wanted and becos
the golden boy was upset,
my parents would get in on
it and I'd go out of my mind.

I rolled out of bed and headed for the bathroom to take a shower.

I was going to need it and a really big cup of coffee to be
able to get through the morning.

I washed up and then stayed under the spray of water until
it began to run cold and then reluctantly climbed out and
dried off.

I spiffed myself up in the bath-room mirror and then went back to the bedroom to get dressed.

I'd brought a tux as I knew that was what my parents would expect me to wear to such a formal occasion but I left the jacket and bowtie in the suit
bag in my suitcase, just
wearing the pants and shirt.

On my way out the door, I grabbed my suitcase, suit
bag and my laptop bag.

If I was lucky, I might be able
to head out as soon as the
wedding was over and go home.

Considering how early I was headed to the venue, I also might be able to get in a little work before the ceremony.

It was better than sitting there and twiddling my thumbs.
