JIMIN POV

The apartment was perfect
for us.

We had been told it was a three bedroom apartment but there was in fact enough room for us to have a guestroom and two separate offices, one for all my law books and one for all of Jungkook's research stuff.

A large living room with tall ceilings, gourmet kitchen, three bathrooms and a very large master bedroom with luxurious bathroom and two walk-in closets.

The place did need a crap-ton
of color.

Everything was white except
the floors and they were a
nice golden oak color.

Hopefully, Jungkook and I
would be able to mesh our
stuff together and turn this
place into a home.

Assuming Jungkook wanted it.

I turned to look at him.

"Well, what do you think?"

"It's nice but it's a big investment."

"Jin seems to think we can get
it for under three million because he knows the owners and it hasn't gone on the market yet."

"No realtor involved so no
realtor fees. We just have to
pay the closing costs."

"Do you like it?"

"I do."

"It's got a lot of good light."

"It's right across the street from Central Park and in the same building as Tae and Jin and living close to them again would be very nice but most of all, I
think we can be happy here."

"You do?"

I grabbed Jungkook's shirt and pulled him to me.

Once I had him in my arms, I began slowly dancing him
around my living room.

If we bought this place, we
would eventually furnish it but maybe we could leave a small area open for dancing.

Jungkook seemed to like it
when we did that.

"I do."

I told him as we swayed back and forth, moving in a small circle.

There was no music but that didn't matter, Holding him in my arms was the important part.

I almost stumbled when Jungkook suddenly stopped.

"Do you really think we can
do it? I've got a lot of savings and—"

"I know we haven't discussed finances but if you include my business interests and the
money I have in savings,
plus my investments, I'm worth at least fifty million easy."

Jungkook's jaw dropped and he just stared at me, unblinking.

"Baby?"

Had I broken him?

"You're worth fifty million dollars?" Jungkook whispered.

"Yes."

"But..."

"But what?" I asked.

"You don't live like that." He insisted.

"I mean, I know you make good money as an attorney but
you don't live like you're a millionaire."

"I do make good money as an attorney but the bulk of my money is in my investments."

"I even have stock in Jin's company."

"I tend to invest a lot and put
a lot away in savings so
while I live comfortably, I
am pretty frugal."

"I have a yearly salary I make
at the company." He said.
