I spend the first half of the day with Hizashi I practice walking, sitting, smiling, and other stuff. "since the angle you want to play it might be good if you sit and stim while answering. Also go for the easiest answer possible." He drills me on my etiquette and playing up my "disability."Then I practice answering questions with Aizawa. "Why did you volunteer for your brother?" He asks. "Um, I um, I wanted to see what the game was. They always say its a fun game with a prize. I also... felt... the need to replace my brother" I answer. "Good. Your much easier to work with than Katsuki he's an ass and it wont play well." Aizawa says. Then I get dressed with Mina. "I'm a woman of few words, but kill it out there. You must survive. This isn't the point where you give up." She says applying mascara on me. "Thanks mina. I wont. Ive gotta win." I say smiling. She smiles and pats me. "Get katsuki in here." She asks. i find katsuki and he sits in the chair. I hear mina start yelling at him. "dONT FUCKING FIGHT ME I AM GOING TO PUT MAKEUP ON YOU SO HELP ME GOD." She shouts ."GET AWAY NO YOU WONT." KATSUKI SCREAMS BACK. I rush out quickly as they scream at each other. In what feels like a flash I'm sitting in a chair facing hundreds of cameras and people. Todoroki sits talking to Ms. Joke. "They say the tributes have a special bond this year? Any comments on that?" She asks. "Yeah. We've all agreed to protect one tribute. Izuku Midoriya the tribute from 12 is disabled. Severely mentally disabled. We're all going to keep an eye on him and keep him alive. When time comes we've all promised to make is quick and painless." He says. "Wow! What's wrong with him." She asks. "He was electrocuted," he says looking away and at his hands. Soon I'm sitting in THE chair. She asks me dumb questions and i play along. "Well, times up with our special tribute." She says and i sit back in my chair. The powerful katsuki stands up. His muscles twitch as he walks. "Hello, wow aren't you quite handsome for a boy from 12." She says cheerfully. I watch as katsuki stiffens. i ignore until i hear this, "So handsome guy like you must have a girlfriend?" Katsuki bursts into laughter. "No ma'am." He says. "Is there someone you like? I'm sure there's some girl out-" she asks. Katsuki interrupts, "No girls. But yeah there is someone. Ive liked them since i was 7" He says looking at his hands. "OOH A GUY. I GET IT! Here's what you do. You win the games, you go back home a victor and he's sure to like you back." She says. "That wont work." He mutters. "why not? Sure-" Katsuki interrupts again. "Because he's here with me. He's a shell of himself but i still can't move on. He's here and he should be in 12." He says looking back up with tears running down his face. His beet red face has tears dripping down. People scream in anguish for him. "he's very well liked. Before he was electrocuted he was one of the most popular among the girls and the boys. Everyone liked him. I dont think he even understands anymore, so it doesnt even matter." He says locking eyes with Miss joke. SHe hugs him as the buzzer goes off. "That's truly awful luck." She says quietly. "Yeah." he says wiping tears off his face. I almost break character. But i stupidly blink out acting like i didn't hear that. As soon as its over i rush back to my room avoiding Katsuki. Luckily Katsuki avoids me too. I eat dinner in my room thinking about tomorrow I wonder where we are going. Theres a knock. "Yeah come in." I shout. The door swings open to a swollen eyed katsuki. "sorry about that." He says standing awkwardly. "Was it true?" I ask "yeah." He say beginning to tear up."dont cry come here." I say. He steps forward. I stare at him and plant my lips on his. He stiffens before relaxing. "For real?" He asks as i pull away. IM so sorry for using you kacchan. "Yeah. For real. Wanna stay?" I ask scooting over. He nods and sits next to me. "Where do you think we are going?" He asks. "I hope to a Forrest." I say. "Yeah i dont have experience anywhere else." He says staring at the ceiling. "People are going to die; we might die." He says. I sigh and snuggle up to him. "We wont. We have each other." I say cringing slightly. I can't believe I'm using him like this its truly evil and cruel. Ive tricked everyone including the one who loves me most. "What if they turn m me into a killing monster. Like Titus the one who ate his kills." Kacchan asks. "You wont. Because you'll be with me." I say. Before closing my eyes and falling asleep.
