𝐛𝗼𝐥𝐝= 𝐧𝐚𝐯𝐢 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞no one's pov~ jake held you as the sun went down, he rubbed circles on your belly and you lay down between his legs.
you had your eyes closed but you weren't sleeping, your whole family was still broken about the death of your son, neteyam.
"my jake." you spoke as you looked at the water ahead of y'all. "yes?" jake sniffed as he stopped rubbing your belly to look at you.
"our family is never going to be the same." you said and looked at him with a little tears threatening to fall out your eyes.
jake looked down but pulled you closer to him. he didn't know what to say to you or what to do about this, "y/n don't say that.
we're going to make it through this together." jake said, grabbing your wirst softly but you didn't help but think that this may take down your family.
"my son...our son, neteyam is gone and now my family is going through all different things at once and i don't know what to do." you turned to look at jake who looked straight at you.
"neteyam is not gone, no one is gone forever like you told me." jake said and you started crying.
you put your head on his chest as you cried in his arms. "my jake...our neteyam is gone!" you were mad at yourself because you were saying that he was gone but you knew nothing is ever lost.
"oh great mother." you sobbed as you heard little feet walking in the sand and getting closer to you.
"mommy!" tuk ran to you and jake, you wiped your face quickly and smiled at tuk. "yes tuk?" you asked trying your hardest to keep your smile for tuk.
"mommy i wish neteyam and lo'ak or kiri won't talk to me." jake looked at tuk with a kinda sad face, "oh tuk." you said and went up to hug her. you rubbed her back as she hugged you back.
jake's pov~ i watched as my wife and my youngest daughter basically cry together. all i could felt was unless, i sighed as i walked up to them to hug them and they hugged me back.
i wish i could say everything was going to be okay but i would be a liar because i didn't know if it was going to be okay. "tuk?!" i heard yell and i looked up to see kiri and lo'ak.
"tuk, we're sorry for not talking to you earlier," kiri said and walked up to her with her arms open. lo'ak looked at y/n, y/n walked up to him as he ran up to y/n and cried in her arms. i watched as my family cried in each other's arms.
