Chapter 6: The Suspicious Gossip

Albus waved to his brother as his brother approached him and his brother spoke "How's my younger brother doing?" "I am starting to feel better as I continue to be a Slytherin, and classes are getting harder by the day." "Haha it's part of our daily struggle as students, so you got to deal with it" he laughed together with his brother as they went to the great hall "I just got to ask though." "Spill it out, James!!" "I see that you have gotten close with the Delphini Diggory" Albus gave a weird reaction "If this is about the skipping years thing, I am not going to talk about that" "No, no, I am just curious if she told you about her life, hobbies, anything really and about her family the Diggory" "Oh! Not really but I got a question for you, James" Albus whispered. "Do you like Delphini?" James was surprised about the question and said "No" even though Albus was suspicious about his manner he said "Ok, she never really talks about her hobbies but is very skilled and became top of our class for potions and charms and goes to the library a lot." As Albus continued to ramble everything on him and Delphini talked about James was listening intently and kept putting a list of the things she liked and what she did. But Albus stopped to see that his best friend and Delphini were going to them. James tried to flee but was stopped by his brother because he wanted him to meet Delphini who became part of their trio. "Hi guys this is my brother, James Potter, James this is Scorpion, and this is Delphini" "Hi, everyone" James tried to keep calm but as he saw Scorpion, Scorpion suddenly gave him a big hug since he was a fan of the Potters ever since his father told the story to his son. But as soon as he noticed what he was doing, he immediately went back to his previous position and tried to keep composure and happily said "Hi." James waved and looked to Delphini as she saw her hand in front of him "Hi, my name is Delphini Diggory" he was hesitant at first but went with the flow and shook her hand. "Oh, look at the time, my next class is going to start, see you next time." "But it's still early" "My teacher wants me early" James responded. After that commotion Albus and his trio exchanged looks and ate their food before their classes were about to start but James went back to his thoughts about Delphini and how dangerous she may be to his brother and knew he had to talk to one of his cousins, Rose Weasley. He asked Rose "Do you know who Delphini is?" "No. Why?" she said. James whispered, "Do you trust Delphini because I have an awful feeling about this" "I don't think I trust Delphini. She looks too suspicious" Rose whispered. "Me too," said James. That was the time where they finally teamed up to find out the mystery of Delphini.
