After that day the Gryffindors and Slytherins had to change their schedules after what happened and had to play Quidditch. After a regular day has ended, James, Rose, Selene, Willow, Esau, and Deuteronomy went to the library and asked Mrs. Pince about Delphini Diggory. "Excuse me, Professor Pince. I'm sorry to pry in but do you mind that we go to that Wizarding Family Tree Section?" "Of course but what for?" "Erm... it's for our History of Magic Homework to find out about our ancestors" Albus lied. "Well, go straight and then turn right to find the History of Magic" Professor Pince instructed. Then the 8 friends found the section, gathered the books, and went to search about the Diggory Family. After searching about the Diggory Family from the Wizarding Family Tree, they saw the name Delphini in the Diggory family. "What? That can't be! It's impossible!" Esau gasped. Deuteronomy spoke "I don't understand how Delphini is part of the Diggory family. Is she Cedric's secret sister?" "Maybe the books have been bewitched like what Esau said last time." Selene whispered to Deuteronomy. Then Professor Lestrade caught the 8 friends and was behind them. He spoke in a chill voice "Researching and gossiping about Delphini Diggory, I see? Hm?" "No, Professor Lestrade. We weren't gossiping about Delphini Diggory. We were just erm... researching" Selene lied. "Don't lie to me, Miss Riddle" Professor Lestrade angrily barked. He snarled "You'll be having detention which is cleaning up Mrs. Filch's clothes. 10 points from Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Slytherin, and Ravenclaw for backmouthing against Delphini Diggory. Now chop chop. Go!" Esau who joined the two Gryffindors kept on studying Delphini but James forgot about his Quidditch practice and had to leave them with nothing. As night came, Rose retreated back to her common room and Esau was left all alone and as he was packing his stuff he saw someone watching over him behind a shelf and as he continued packing, he passed by that shelf. No one was there and as he kept on checking, he was called by Mrs. Pince that the Library would be closing soon. As he was about to leave, he thought it would be the perfect time to talk with Mrs. Pince. He approached Mrs. Pince and asked "Mrs. Pince, Can I ask something?" she nodded "I know that there are a lot of wizards and witches who play with all the books but by any chance, do you think someone can enchant them and change they're words?" "Mr. Riddle that would not be possible, only a high rank wizard or witch can do that since the books in here are made to stick to the knowledge they hold" Esau became curious and asked one more time "Is there a chance if I can see who have came in this library a few weeks ago?" "Mr. Riddle, You do know that is not allowed. Now get out!" and he was about to hesitate but looked at her intense stare and continued to walk to his common room. The next day James couldn't go back to the library since Gryffindor would be against Slytherin and their captain kept on making them work extra hard. Albus loved Quidditch as much as seeing his mother win the quidditch games but he wasn't at the right age to play Quidditch so he had to watch his brother instead. Albus was jealous but knew he would get there soon. Before it was about to start, everyone was wishing them good luck and James whispered to Rose "Keep a close watch for anything suspicious." and she gave a little nod. As the game began, James was focused on finding the snitch as the other players continued to play. Albus was sitting with the Slytherins but he was cheering for his brother beside Scorpion while Delphi was smiling throughout the game. Willow was cheering with Selene for Gryffindor but as she looked at Rose, she was cheering slightly and was focused on finding anything suspicious. As Willow followed Rose's gaze, she saw that she was staring at the Slytherin if they would cheat or anything bad would happen. As James saw the snitch, he immediately caught it and Gryffindor won. Everyone was celebrating, even Rose was happy except the Slytherins who just sulked and knew that one day they would win one day.
