It's the day I hate the most. God took away my favorite person from me. Life had never been the same anymore. I'm sinking deeper & deeper in a dark hole. Maybe I should call it black hole now?

I smile at the thought of Reyzel. I am really under his influence. The past weeks I have spent a great amount of time with him. He talks. Not often but when he does I can't stop staring at him. And his smile? I swear it is the prettiest thing ever.

He definitely takes time opening up but it's worth the effort. God, I can stop thinking about him. Did he.. Did he think of me even once ?

I jump back to reality when my phone starts ringing. An unknown number. I debate answering but I do.

"It's me." I hear the familar voice.

"Reyzel?"

"I ... I called to ..." He is stammering. It's cute. Is he nervous? Nervous to call me?

"Did you miss me? You missed me, right? I'm glad you called. I missed you too, Rey. And it's not a bad thing to admit your feelings. Say, say that you missed me." I pout but hell does he know.

Before he say anything my phone shut down on it's own. Fuck. I plug the charger, it's not working. Yesterday I threw my phone angrily and it hit the floor. Maybe that's why.. I feel like slapping myself.

I immediately went to the next room. Thankfully the door is unlocked. I see my cousin's phone but it's useless since I don't have Reyzel's number.

"Daisy, Daisy, wake up."
I call her name for a hundred time and finally sleeping beauty decided to wake up.

"Wha do ya ne?" She asked yawning.
"Call your mom and ask for Reyzel number." I tell her to call aunt Rose.
"Who's Reyzel?" Shit.
"Give me your phone. I need to make a call"

It's late night but I hope she answers. Honestly I'm nervous. It's been ages since I had called her last. My legs are shaking. Pick up. Pick up the phone. Finally she picks up the phone.

"Hi, it's Eve. I hope I didn't disturb you" I say as sweetly as possible.
"No dear it's fine. Do you need anything?" She asked. I need Rey's number but I don't say that aloud. Instead I tell her I'm missing her. That's obviously a lie.
"Impressive. Two persons seem to miss me at the same time" she replied.

What does it means?

"I didn't get you" I'm confused.

"Reyzel Kingston sent me a text. It's as surprising as your phone call but he is definitely more straight forwarded than you. You want me to read that loud?"
Before I could reply she starts speaking again.

"Mrs. Rose, kindly send me the phone number of any acquaintance of Eve. In return I'll help you with your upcoming Research.
Obediently,
Kingston" she reads out the message.

Fuck. Rey asked for me. I'm not blushing. I'm not blushing.

"I'm texting you the number."

"Thankss"

"Next time I hope you call me without any reason. Take care." she hung up the phone.

As soon as I get the message I call him and he answers instantly.

"I'm not talking to you if you don't admit you miss me" I demand

"You're already talking." I bite my tongue. It's really difficult not to talk. Silence on both side. My heartbeat is increasing. It's rapid.

"I missed you, Eve." My heart just skipped a beat. The way my name rolls out of his mouth. I loved it.

We talked about an hour. Correction: I talked about an hour. He barely replies but I don't mind. He is like that and I don't intend to change him. He is more of a listener.



I'm glad that he called me. Paid attention to my non stop blabbering.

I went to my room and jumped into the bed. He missed me. He fucking missed me. I can't stop grinning like an idiot.

God he missed me.
