"But the truth is I'm about to lose it, don't think I can do this, if I'm not with you."

"Okay, so, 5 Seconds of Summer. Luke Hemmings, lead singer, and guitarist. Michael Clifford, vocals and lead guitarist. Calum Hood, vocals, and the bassist. And finally, Ashton Irwin, vocals, and the drummer. They're all from Australia." Lily squealed while reading the names off of Wikipedia. She had definitely found her new obsession.
To be honest, Zac was getting really tired of Lily's constant fangirling.
Though the pair had been dating for nearly two years, he would never be able to understand her need to kiss posters of boyband members when she had a perfectly good boyfriend in front of her. Not that he was jealous, obviously.
Okay, maybe he was feeling a bit under appreciated, especially since the boys that she went crazy over were more attractive than him. Frankly, he wasn't the type to be insecure or overly jealous, but when Lily actually went as far as to ignore him for people she would most likely never meet, he got a bit annoyed.
"Lil, can we do something else besides stalk through all their tweets? We're supposed to be spending quality time together, not acting like two girly best friends that squeal and giggle and shit."
"Aww, you want to spend quality time with me?" Lily pecked his cheek, and went back to scrolling on her phone.
Zac rolled his eyes, "Actually, yes, I do." When Lily made no sound, Zac nudged her. "Lil! Stop stalking 6 Minutes of Spring and talk to me for goodness sake!"
"Oh, you did not just say what I think you just said." Lily finally looked up from her phone, seeming slightly irritated.
"What?"
"They're name is 5 SECONDS OF SUMMER, what is your problem? Jesus, keep up." She gave him a hair flip and kept on scrolling.
She had pulled the last straw. "Okay, you would rather stalk this stupid band instead of spend time with your boyfriend? What happened to Tia, isn't she the one you're supposed to be doing this with? I'm so tired of you acting like this, Lil, open your eyes. Please. I hate when you act like such a diva."
Lily finally looked up from the screen. Her expression changed from glee to worry and hurt in an instant, and she reached up to scratch the back of her neck; something she did when she was nervous. "I'm sorry. I'm not exactly acting very girlfriend-like, am I?" She let out a shaky laugh. "You know I've been trying so hard to deal with everything that's been going on and these bands are kinda my escape from life and I'm really really sorry if I've been acting weirdly and everything, I don't want you to hate me, Zac, don't leave me, oh my gosh-" she rambled.
"Lily, stop. It's alright, you know you can talk to me right? I don't want you to have to go to people that are so far away from us, I'm here for you." He scooted closer to her, patting her pink covers and motioning for her to sit in his lap.
Zac was sort of lost as to why Lily was acting so off and emotional... was she on her monthly cycle? He shook his head, she would no doubt get mad at him if he even brought up he topic. Despite his thoughts, he was still extremely worried. She never acted so closed-off around him; they told each other nearly everything.
Lily crawled into his lap and snuggled her head into the crook of his neck, and he lightly kissed the top of her blonde head.
After a few minutes of complete silence, Lily spoke up.
"Zac, please don't hate me, but there's something really important I need to tell you."
Zac raised his eyebrows, and here it comes. "I could never hate you, Lil. What is it?"
