Kitkat confesses

Dave's POV

"D-dave i-i...." he hugged me tighter as if he were scared of something tears began to flow more frequently out of the small trolls eyes "Kitkat your okay you can tell me anything" Karkat shook and then his voice when to a wisper barley audible "Dave I love you" it all then hit me karkat actually loved me.... he loved me, but didn't know I loved him too I hugged him tightly when he tried to pull away from me "Kitkat" I wispered into his ear "I love you too" his eyes widened and he pulled back looking into my eyes through my shades only shocked and his face flushed red and he spoke again stammering... "Y-y-you d-do?" He only stared in shock "of corse.~" I hugged him closer to me holding him tight never letting go "I will NEVER hurt you or let anyone hurt you." Karkat looked up at me "promise?" I just now noticed his voice was not his normal tone "Of corse I promise" Karkat nuzzled my neck and I giggled when his purrs began again.
"Oh my god why are you so fucking adorable?" Karkat pushed me away and returned to his normal tone "GOG NO I'M NOT" Karkat got up and to walk away "SO YOU EVER GANNA SHOW ME THE PLACE YOU WERE GANNA SHOW ME BEFORE IT GETS DARK?" I get up running to his side taking his wrist and pulling him in the direction of where I was ganna take him "Oh yea. Its this way."

Karkats POV
Dave grabbed my wrist and started pulling me in one direction further from his home "WHERE EXACTLY ARE YOU TAKING ME STRIDER?" I questioned him and he turned to me with a smirk across his face not a normal smirk no his stupid ironic smirk "you'll see~." Is all dave answered and kept on walking. The woods we were is seemed to get closer and closer together. Soon the sun was almost setting and the loud sound of a phone made me jump. Dave pulled an apple (of course) iphone out of his pocket picking it up and speaking into it "sup?" There was a short pause "oh sorry bro me and karkat decided to go on a walk were in the woods now well get heading back." He paused again before speaking this time he was looking at me and he took the phone from his ear and began to ask me a question. "Hey Kitkat bro was woundering since it was so late if you would possibly like to stay at my place you, you know so you don't have to walk." I was a bit suprized and then I excepted "sure it's not like I have anyone at home so maybe staying some were else for once could be a change." With that he put the phone back to his ear and spoke in to it once more. "Hey Bro I'm back, so Kitkat said he'll stay." And with that a small pause and dave said "k, bye." And hung up. Dave then looked at me. "We should probably get heading home before it gets too dark cuz the suns ganna set soon." Dave began to walk back from the way we came "o-okay" I spoke confused but knowing unless we wanted to be out here in the dark then we shouldn't waste any more time here. An opening was ahead and the trees were not as think as before so I knew we were coming up on the house. The sun had already set but it was not that long ago so we still had some light. As we got closer and closer to the house I knew that this night was probably not ganna end well for me... but.... I was confused... did dave just understand what I was going through or dose dave actually like me back... I don't know all I know is that we were now at the door and it opened up to us being greeted by daves big brother bro and then bro spoke to me. "Hey so your karkat." He nods looking me over. "Nice to meet you." Bro held out a large hand to shake. I carefully put my small hand into his large hand and he shook. Bro let go of my hand and I let my arm just flop to my side. "Okay boys do what you wanna do just don't be too loud I'll be sleeping." Bro said walking twards a room I asume is his. "Night bro." Dave called with the response of bro. "Night lil' man."
