The door opened to reveal three hooded Jedi, a master and two padawans. A shiny silver protocol droid stepped forward to greet them "I'm TC-14 at your service" she said "This way, please" she led them to a large room "We are greatly honored by your visit, Ambassadors. Make yourselves comfortable, my master will be with you shortly" She turned to leave. The Jedi removed their hoods once the door closed behind her.
"I have a bad feeling about this" Obi-Wan remarked. "I don't sense anything" His master, Qui-Gon Jinn replied. "Obi-Wan's right, there's something off but it's not about the mission" Sylvie responded. "It's something... Elsewhere, elusive" Obi-Wan agreed. "Don't center on your anxieties you two. Keep your concentration here and now where it belongs" Qui-Gon said. "But Master Yoda said we should be mindful of the future" The older padawan said as they walked forward.
"But not at the expense of the moment. Be mindful of the living force young Padawans" The Jedi knight said. Sylvie exchanged a look with Obi-Wan but neither Padawan said anything else on the matter "Yes master"
"How do you think this trade viceroy will deal with the chancellor's demands?" Obi-Wan asked instead, moving to stand next to Qui-Gon in front of a window "These Federation types are cowards. The negotiations will be short" The Jedi knight assured him.
They waited in the room for a while, taking a seat on the chairs. "Is it in their nature to make us wait this long?" Obi-Wan asked while Sylvie levitated a decorative plant pot boredly. "No. I sense an unusual amount of fear for something as trivial as this trade dispute" Qui-Gon said as the protocol droid from earlier, TC-14 entered the room carrying a tray with drinks. Sylvie gently set the decor back down on the table in its place as she accepted the drink. She had only taken a sip when she heard the sound of an explosion causing the three Jedi to immediately get to their feet, igniting their lightsabers with Obi-Wan igniting his blue lightsaber, Qui-Gon his green and Sylvie her orange.
"Sorry!" The protocol droid exclaimed when the drinks spilled. A misty gas began to spill out of a vent into the room. "Dioxide" Qui-Gon said. The Jedi deactivated their lightsabers and held their breaths as the gas filled the room. There were a few moments of silence before they heard the hiss of the door opening and the silver protocol droid walked out. "Oh! Excuse me" Sylvie heard her say. "Check it out Corporal, we'll cover you" She recognized the voice to be one of a battle droid. "Roger Roger"
She tensed, gripping her lightsaber tighter as green, blue and orange lights shone through the dioxide. "Uh oh. Blast them!" One of the battle droids ordered. Despite being unable to see through the gas the Jedi easily deflected the blaster shots from the droids before leaping out of the room. They sliced through the platoon of droids, sparks and droid parts scattered were all that remained. Qui-Gon went over to the blast door and began cutting through it with his lightsaber while the two padawans covered him.
Qui-Gon paused, hearing the sound of the blast door closing before inserting his lightsaber in the center which began to slowly melt the metal of the doors. "Master! Sylvie! Destroyers!" Obi-Wan warned. Sylvie, who was previously watching the Jedi Knight whirled around to face the hallway that the Destroyers were rolling through. Qui-Gon pulled his lightsaber out of the door, joining the two Padawans. The destroyers stopped rolling and activated their shields as they shot at the Jedi.
"They have shield generators!" Obi-Wan said, blocking the blasts from the droids. "It's a standoff. Let's go" Qui-Gon said. The blasts hit the doors as the three Jedi force sped away to the other end of the hallway. Deactivating their shields, the droidekas chased after the Jedi who had escaped through the ventilation shaft. They crawled through it before coming out in the hangar. Sylvie hid next to her fellow Padawan "Battle droids" she whispered, watching the many long lines of droids. "It's an invasion army" Obi-Wan said.
"This is an odd play for the trade federation" Qui-Gon remarked "We've got to warn the Naboo and contact Chancellor Valorum" he looked at the two padawans "Let's split up. Stow aboard separate ships and meet down on the planet" Sylvie nodded, already scanning for a route to one of the ships that would get her on undetected. "You were right about one thing, Master" Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan turned to look at each other "The negotiations were short"
With those words they split up, each of them took a separate route to different ships, staying low to the ground. Spotting a few battle droids heading in her direction Sylvie ducked behind a few crates, allowing them to pass before continuing. Thankfully she managed to get aboard a craft with no problems, just a few close calls. As she entered the ship she snuck a quick look back at the hanger but couldn't spot Obi-Wan or Qui-Gon which hopefully meant that they hadn't been caught or else she would have heard the sounds of blaster fire and a lightsaber.
"I have a bad feeling about this" She murmured to nobody in particular before turning away.

Sylvie wandered through the forest in search of Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan. She stayed clear of the tanks that mowed down the forest. It was a bit of a sad sight, watching the trees fall and the animals run for their lives away from the invasion army. She dared not call out for either of her fellow Jedi in case she would be heard by a battle droid patrol or scout. The forest was mostly silent until it was not, the sounds of blaster fire rang out through the trees somewhere to her right.
Sylvie ignited her lightsaber, running in the direction of the blaster fire. As she got closer she heard the hum of another lightsaber and an explosion. She entered the clearing to see Qui-Gon deflecting a blast back towards a lone battle droid, blowing it apart as Obi-Wan ran to his side. Sylvie ran up to them, relieved to see the two. "You saved my again" a strange creature which she recognized as a Gungun said.
"What's this?" Obi-Wan asked "A local" Qui-Gon responded "A Gungan" Sylvie said at the same time. The orange Gungan smiled at them. "Let's get out of here before more droids show up" The Jedi knight said, wiping the smile off the Gungan's face. "More? More did you spake" He asked, rushing after the Jedi who payed him no attention. Sylvie felt slightly guilty but they had more pressing matters at hand "Exsqueezeme but de mostest safest place would be Gunga city. Is where I grew up. 'Tis a hidden city" The three Jedi stopped and turned to look at the Gungan.
"A city?" Qui-Gon asked "Uh huh" The Gungan nodded. "Can you take us there?" The Jedi knight asked. "Uh, on second thought, no. Not really, no" The Gungan said. "No?" Sylvie repeated. "Tis embarrassing but uh my afraid my've been banished" The Jedi exchanged looks "My forgotten. Da bosses would do terrible tings to me. Terrible tings to me if me goen back dare" A rumbling sound echoed in the woods "You hear that?" Qui-Gon asked. "Yeah" the Gungan said.
"That is the sound of a thousand terrible things heading this way" The Jedi knight said, putting his hands on his hips as he stepped closer to the Gungan. "If they find us they will crush us" Obi-Wan began "Grind us into tiny pieces" Sylvie continued "And blast us into oblivion" Obi-Wan finished. "Oh. Yousa point is well seen..." The Gungan nodded "This way. Hurry!"
