Charlie's POV

"What's up with him?" Liam asks and I shrug.

"He's always in a pissy mood," I respond as I run a hand through my hair.

"How do you do it?" Liam shakes his head and laughs.

"Do what?" I curiously ask.

"Deal with Louis. I'm surprised you haven't ditched us yet."

"He can be decent," I shrug.

"I bet you won't even make it another week here."

"Challenge huh? I think I can do it. I'm not scared of Louis."

"I know, but he's a real handful."

"I can manage."

I stand to my feet and begin to walk to Louis' room but I look back at Liam before disappearing down the hall.

"Challenge accepted," I tell him and I hear him laugh before I walk into Louis' room.

Louis is laying across his bed with a black hoodie and his usual black sweatpants. His hair is still a bit wet from the rain as it drips on the bed. He is laying across the bed mumbling to himself until he spots me.

"Hey," he says.

"Hey uh.. may I ask why are you talking to yourself?" I ask.

"I wasn't.. well I was.. not like in a weird way.. er I.. you know what fuck it, yes, I am talking to myself for no reason."

What was he saying? I feel like there is a reason that he is talking to himself and I am determined to find out why.

"Do you need to talk to somebody.." I step closer to him and he shakes his head.

"Never," He says and I nod and let it go for now.

"Charlie?" He grabs my attention and I turn to look at him.

"Yeah?"

"Well I uh.. I've been an asshole lately.. it's just.. well.. it's really weird actually.." He scratches the back of his head and I smile at how adorable he is, without even trying.

"Louis you have been an asshole since the day we met," I laugh and a smile creeps on his face.

"True. And you dealt with that and I find that pretty damn awesome to be honest with you.. you deserve an award.."

I shrug and Louis turns a deep shade of red and I give him a confused look.

"What's wrong?" I ask him and he looks down at.. himself?

"I don't think you caught what I meant about an award.." He explains and my eyes follow his down at..

Oh wait.

Oh.

I know what he means.

My heart has officially dropped to my feet now. I am absolutely mortifyed right now but I would feel bad to let him know that. He has done this before without hesitation, why is he turning beat red around..me?

"Louis.." I whisper.

"What?" He says.

"How would I.. well how do I.. what am I suppose to.."

"Well are you a.."

"Don't say it. Please. But yes. Laugh at me all you want I honestly don't care," I confess a small secret that I was not planning on telling any of the boys. Or anyone of that matter.

But of course, Louis is different.

"I wasn't going to laugh.." he mumbles and the room feels like it's getting smaller and smaller.

"I know you want to laugh, Louis. Any chance to laugh at a girl who hasn't even had her first kiss until like last month."

"You had your first kiss last month?" Louis' eyes get wide.

Damn it.

I nod my head slowly and wait for him to realize..

"He's lucky.." Louis whispers and smiles up at me.

"See? You're laughing at me!" I can't help but giggle. Ignoring the flip flop in my stomach when he basically admitted his jealousy.

"I'm laughing because it probably sucks. You had your first kiss with a guy you barely knew! Not to mention your relationship didn't last that long."

"Me and my first kiss never had a relationship," I tell him.

"That guy in New York wasn't your boyfriend?" Louis sits up and is now right beside me.

"No, he was."

"I'm lost."

"I said me and my first kiss never had a relationship."

"So he wasn't your first kiss?"

"Nope," I pop the 'P'.

"Wow you've been around then," Louis laughs.

"Actually no.. I haven't."

"Who was your first kiss then?"

Well here it goes. The most embarrassing confession.

"You, Louis. You were my first kiss."

A Charlie confession ahh! And ooh things almost got somewhat heated in this chapter lol trying to avoid that a little bit haha. Sorry this is short, I had a rough day today so yeahh. Love you guys x
