Charlie's POV
It's been a week since I've seen hell in life form. Also know as Louis.
Yes, my mind has been drifting off to the last words he said to me but I move foward with the thought of never seeing him again. Hopefully I can still talk to his friends without having to be around him.
Wait.
His friends.
Harry, Niall, Zayn, and Liam.
I haven't spoken to them since the day that they gave me money for another stay at the hotel! Oh my gosh has Niall already gotten me that job and I'm not there to take it? Did they notice that Louis was gone? They probably got the wrong idea out of the fact that Louis and I disappeared on the same day! I hope they haven't went through any trouble!
I pull out my phone in tempts of calling one of the four.
Fuck. I don't have any of their numbers. Except Louis. I should really delete that. Should I call him and have a civil conversation about the boys?
No Charlie, you shouldn't.
I begin to dial Louis' number anyways.
Charlie, he will either not answer, hang up on you, or make you feel like shit over the phone. Don't hurt yourself. He's not worth it.
This time, I listen to my mind. I stop dialling and throw the phone on the bed before walking out of the room.
"Charlie! Where ya going?" My nine year old cousin, Mercedes, asks me in the livingroom once I enter the livingroom.
"I'm gonna go take a walk," I smile at her.
"Can I go??" She asks me with big hopeful eyes. I can't tell her no.
"Mercedes! Didn't I tell you to make River's bottle?" Aunt Paris yells at her daughter. I notice her seven month year old son laying in her arms as she rocks him back in forth. He is so precious.
"Take me with you!" Mercedes whispers to me and I giggle and shake my head before slipping on my converse and walking out.
I need this walk. To take a break from everything for a second. I can't get my mind off the boys and I need a break from my family. I love them, but they get really annoying.
I decide to go shopping. Since I left a lot of my clothes at home due to a small suitcase. I walk into a nearby clothing store and I am automatically greeted by a well built, dark brown hair, brown eyed man. Damn he is hot.
"Hello, I'm Jackson. May I help you?" He flashes me a bright smile and I immediantly smile back. If he's going to guide me, then I'll come here everyday.
"Uh no thank you," My mouth speaks the oppisite of what my thoughts are.
"I haven't seen you here before," He tells me. I notice he has a small accent and that is hot too.
"Yeah, I'm visiting," I explain to him as I begin to browse the store. I don't want to ignore Jackson, but I don't want to seem desperate to speak either.
"Hmm.. you should stop by more often," He winks at me and leans his back against a nearby wall "what's your name?"
"Charlie," I tell him "just Charlie."
"That's different," he smiles "I like it. It says alot about you."
"How so?" I ask.
"I don't normally meet a female Charlie everyday," he laughs "then there's you."
I laugh at his explaination and I continue browsing. He follows.
"Don't you have a job to do?" I ask him jokingly. Hoping he catches my humor.
"I'm doing it," He smirks.
I give him a confused look before laughing and shaking my head.
"Helping customers is my job."
"Who are you helping?"
"You."
"You're not helping me with anything."
"I'm helping you search."
"For what?"
"The perfect guy."
I almost drop everything I'm doing and I am dangerously close to running. I can't handle this crushing pressure. And he's obviously crushing.
"Oh.." I manage to finally say, trying to sound as calm as I can.
He notices me feeling uncomfortable and his face literally becomes full of regret.
"If you already have a boyfriend I'm.."
"No no, I just said oh. Who exactly is this perfect guy you're thinking of?" I sound much more confident than I really am. That's kinda what I was going for, though.
He gives me a soft smile before answering.
"Uh Charlie, would you uh, would you maybe like to go get lunch with me sometime next week, maybe?" He asks me nervously and I can't help but giggle at how adorable this is.
"I wouldn't mind that," I accept his offer and I notice his bright smile spread across his face. I grab a pen and paper sitting on the table near the cashier and scribble my number down on it before handing it to Jackson. I give him a quick goodbye before leaving the store.
I didn't buy anything but I definately got something.
After a couple more minutes of walking, I finally walk into my aunt's house.
"Hey Char, someone called for you while you were out," My dad is looking at me sternly. He gives me that look when he is pissed at me.
"No one called me," I check call log before answering him. This can't be good.
"Someone called me asking for you, he said his name was Louis."
Yay Louis is back even though he was only gone for like a chapter!!! Lol, will Charlie ever get in touch with the other boys? Why didn't Louis just call Charlie on her phone?? Let's just say he has his wicked ways haha. Oh and I picture Jackson as Gregg Sulkin for those of you who wanted to knowwww (: love you guys x
Vote pls ! xx
