Chapter three

(Time Skip: The year 2011)
The past few years growing up with the guys have been amazing, hanging out after school and getting to know them more. Raph missed hanging out with you as much as you used to since you hung out with the guys a bit and didn't have as much time as you used to. But when the two of you did hang out together it was worth wild. Splinter forgave him eventually, especially after seeing how happy you made him. And he was placing bets if you two would wind up together or not, even with the risk of him freaking out. And today you and the others were hanging out with you again, making Raph jealous. You barely even paid him any attention now. You were always with them, always hanging out with them. Which is why he didn't want you meeting them in the first place. He knew he wasn't important enough to keep being around. Instead of sitting around he trained and took out his anger on that. Not wanting to see you smiling with them. After a few hours you came to hang out, but he plain-out ignored you as you tried getting his attention.

"Raph common...I promise you were still best friends."
R: oh really? Cause looks like you got yourself a bunch of new friends now!
"I can have more than one friend."
R: But we used to spend twice as much time hanging out as we used to!
"Raph!"

He stormed off angrily making you sigh as you tried following him. But he wouldn't let you in his room, So you gave him some space to breathe a little bit.

(Time Skip: 2012)
A whole year passed, and you and Raph still weren't talking much. You were upset that he wasn't trying to let you explain yourself. But you didn't want to force him. Splinter saw this and decided to go confront his son about this.

Ms: my son I understand you are upset. But she is your best and only friend. Try talking to her ok?

He looked at splinter and nodded. But he felt too betrayed to go and talk to you. You saw him heading up to his room and you went to go talk to him.

"R-"
L: common y/n!
D: yeah common let's go!
M: Raph's a big mope anyway, let's go!

They dragged you away, and you watched him go up the stairs faster and slammed his door. He didn't know why it would hurt this much without you. He hated this. He didn't want this. He didn't want to get hurt again. You were his only friend and he lost you for good. You came up to him a little while later and hugged him goodbye.

"I promise we're hanging out tomorrow. Just the two of us ok?"
R: really?
"Yes really!"

You smiled and waved him goodbye and he did too. He couldn't wait for tomorrow.

R: tomorrow! Yes yes yes!

(Time Skip)
The Next day
Raph and the others were playing buck buck like usual. Raph waiting for you to come down so then the two of you could hang out. You promised that you would and he was excited since it has been a while since the two of you spent any time alone together. Splinter watched them play as he drank some tea, seeing you come in at around three he smiled at you as you told him about your day at school.

"So then we had an inside recess cause it was raining outside, but I aced my test!"
Ms: really? That's wonderful my dear, let me see.

You handed him the test and he saw the one hundred percent on it star-making him ruffle your hair. Raph heard talking in the living room and they all smiled when they saw you.

R: n/n!
(Them): Y/N!

They ran towards you pushing Raph aside making him fall on his shell. Splinter was standing now as he smiled seeing the four of them laugh and talked about what they'd do today.
