I stayed there wrapped up in Nany's arms while Grand Grand guarded the door. "It's alright lovie. You are safe. We are with you. You are safe." I stayed there with my tears already dried up as my grandparents were worried sick for what was outside that door. There were bells ringing all around us and with only near minutes awake I knew that the world we lived in was chaos. "We need to get out of here. It's the perfect time, while everyone is distracted, Corlys."

"It is too risky. The bells ring when there is an enemy on the island. We don't know if there are others surrounding the skies. Besides she is too weak to leave, she must be seen by the Maesters..." Grand Grand was cut off by my harsh knocking on the door and we all stayed quite not knowing what was happening.

"My lord, My Princess. A spy from kings landing has been killed down at the docks. Everything is in order. The queen asked for your presence at the counsel room," I could faintly hear the voice of a guard from across the room and past the door as my eyes felt heavy and dry. Grand Grand opened the door revealing one of his trusted men from back on Driftmark. I started to pieces together their words and realized that I had to be back at Dragon stone but how exactly?

"Go find a Maester and bring him to us. The Princess has woken up!" Grand Grand screamed at the guard excited and overjoyed hearing that I had regained consciousness. I didn't know yet how long I had been asleep but from the urgentnes of his words, I could tell it had been a long time.

A maid with dark feathers held Nany lay me down and there she stared to place pillows around me as my throat felt scratchy and tight. Where was I... what had happened...? Luce...

"Wh...." I tried to speak but my voice didn't come out. I had spoken a few words just when I had woken up but my throat had been so dry that those few words were the only ones that could come out. Not only that, as I kept on focussing more and more on my body I realized that I couldn't move my legs and my arms felt so heavy. Not to mention my neck and head were in so much pain since I was tried to keep my face up so hard. Wha... Water..."

"Yes.. of course," the maid brought over a cut that was sitting on the side of my bed and tilted it ever so slightly as I tried my best to pick up my hands. It was so hard as if I was picking up my sword after a full day of practice and I could only wiggle my thin fingers, shaking so violently that I frustrated myself instantly by how hard I was trying.

"It's alright Lovie... You have been asleep for weeks... try to take it slow. Here," she helped poured the water down my throat and it felt as if it had been the first time I had ever had anything to drink. It hurt so bad going down and even though I wanted to drink more I started to choke on it after 4 sips. "There there. It won't be long before the Maesters arrive."
