"Almost there girl... just keep on flying... Push on" Meleys keep on flapping her wings as fast as she could. As soon as we had arrived at the stepping stones the news had started to fill the streets. All the kingdom knew that we were at war. I prayed that it was not true. Just as I had heard the news I collapsed on the ground. I came to know that Luce's dragon had fallen over Storm's End and all I could think was what had happened to both of my grandchildren. To my Lovie.

I didn't wait any longer. As soon as I heard the first whisper of the fallen Prince and Princess I made Meley fly over the sea once more. Throw thunder and haile we pushed on. I didn't care what happened to me, I had to see it. I needed to know the true. I needed to hear it from my husband himself.

We had been flying for hours now and just then I could see it. Over the gray fog there was Dragon stone. Fire torches were lightie up over the stone walls and in the distance I could hear that cry.

Sami was crying. He cried and cried lamenting his owners condition. "Oh Gods. No Please." I cried knowing that something terribly wrong had happening. Her dragon could be heard sad and in pain and I knew that this was a sign that something had happened to Lovie something horrible. Meleys landed close to the south entrance and I didn't wait for her to fully land before I had let go of the rains and started sliding from the side of her wing. I couldn't wait any longer.

"Princess Rhaenys," the guards greeted me but I just kept on walking through the stone ground and through the cold walls of the castle. Where are you my love... I tried to wipe my tears as the rain dripped from under my armor as I could barely see past my watery eyes, but I would not stop walking until I spoke to someone. Corlys couldn't have left. He would have been here to counsel Rhaenyra if the rumors were true. "Princess," the greetings continued and bells were rung to announce my arrival, but all I cared about was getting to the council room.
