Light holds up his wrist, a handcuff around it. "Are you sure this is necessary, Ryuzaki?" He asks. "This is as difficult for me as it is for you." You snicker a bit.
"So, is this what you meant by being together 24 hours a day with him?" Misa asked, a confused look on her face. "I never would've guessed, are you on that side of the fence, Ryuzaki?" You say, holding back a laugh "I told you I'm not doing this because I want to. Okay?" Ryuzaki confirmed
"But Light belongs to me! I don't wanna share him with you. If you're with him 24/7, then how are we supposed to go on dates together?!" Misa shouted, hands on her hips. You shared an awkward glance with Light, looking back at Ryuzaki. "Oh, you can still go on dates. But it'll have to be the four of us." You looked at Ryuzaki with your eyebrows furrowed. "Four?" He ignored you. "No way! Are you telling me we have to kiss in front of you and stuff?" Misa shouted. "I'm not telling you to do anything. But, yes, I suppose we would be watching." Ryuzaki replied. "Uh, Ryuzaki? What are you talking about 'we'? Are you saying that I have to follow you everywhere as well?" You questioned. "Yes, I'd like you to be near me at all times as well. And, I'd like you to stay with me, so I can watch you." Ryuzaki replied. You scoffed. "You really are a pervert, aren't you?"
"Pervert?" Ryuzaki muttered. "Yeah, you are a pervert!" Misa yelled, nodding "Light, please make Misa stop talking now." Ryuzaki deadpanned. "Listen, Misa, that's enough." Light sighed. "What about Y/n?" She huffs, rolling her eyes. "The police have already established that it was you who sent those tapes. So, you're lucky to even be here right now, they have every right to keep you in prison." Light said. "Huh?! How can you even say that, Light? In case you forgot, I'm your girlfriend. Don't you trust your own soulmate?" Misa shouted. "Uh.. what do you mean, 'soulmate'? You're the one who said you fell in love with me at first sight, Misa." Light said, with a raised eyebrow. "Uh oh." You mumble. "So, why did you kiss me if you didn't have feelings for me? You took advantage of me!" She squealed, tearing up. She started punching him repeatedly, yelling "Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!"
"Oh my gods just, shut the hell up!" You shout, and the task force looks over to you. Ryuzaki cleared his throat. "About this love at first sight, it happened in Aoyama on May 22, didnt it?" Ryuzaki asked. "So what?" Misa asked, turning around. "Why did you choose that day to go to Aoyama? And do you remember what you wore?" Ryuzaki questioned. "It's like I told you, I just happened to go there. I don't know why. I don't remember how I felt and I don't even know what I was wearing. Anyway, since when do I need a reason to hand out in Aoyama, huh?" She pressed. "And somehow, when you came back from Aoyama, you knew that you were in love with some guy and that his name was Light." Ryuzaki leaned forward. "Yes." Misa said. "And yet, you yourself have no idea how you came to know his name." Ryuzaki said, and Misa got in his face. "Yeah. So what?" She yelled. You and Light shared a look. "Tell me, what it Light was Kira?" How would it make you feel?"
"Huh? How would I feel if Light was Kira?" Misas eyes widened. "That's right." Misa sighed in adoration, and went and grabbed Lights arm, shoving you doing so. "That would be wonderful! I mean, I've always been grateful to Kira for punishing the man who murdered my parents. So, if I found out that Light was actually Kira, that would be like a bonus for me. If anything, it would make me love him even more. Even though it's like, practically impossible to love him more than I already do!"
You slipped past the group, and walked towards the door. 'Maybe I can get out unnoticed..' you surprisingly make it out of the door. A sigh of relief escaping you. Suddenly, something comes up to your face. "HI Y/N!" You jump, gasping. "Ryuk? What are you doing here?!" You ask, smiling. "Well, Light relinquished his Death Note, so I can roam freely now!" He says, hovering above you. You start walking out of the building. You pull your phone out, so you can act like you're talking on the phone. "Oh, right. Uhm, can I ask you a question?" You ask. "Sure, what is it?" Ryuk is now hovering over the ground beside you. "So, you're aware that I'm.. not human, correct?" You hesitantly question. "Haha, yeah. What type of God even are you?" He asks
