Chief Reagan stood with her hands gripping her side holster, trying to process the information she was given. "This is a federal investigation, and those," She pointed around to the Skulls, "are helping you in your investigation." "Am I understanding this correctly?"

Simon muffled a cough surprised by what he heard, too.

"Yes, that is correct," Kenzie confirmed. "Well, Agent Johnson, these men opened fire in my city, we have rules here, laws that must be abided by." "I'm afraid these men will be placed under arrest." Chief Reagan declared, squaring her shoulders, sizing up Kenzie.

"I don't think so." "This building belongs to the Walker River Paiute Tribe, a subgroup of the Paiute Nation, and they fall under federal jurisdiction, meaning this building falls under federal jurisdiction." Kenzie smirked, holding out the paperwork in front of Chief Reagan.

Simon leaned in and took the documents from Kenzie's hands. His eyes scanned every word in every line and then squinted at the federal judge's signature at the bottom. He looked over to his boss. "It's legit, Chief, signed by a federal judge."

Chief Reagan felt her blood pressure begin to elevate. She pursed her lips and wanted to vomit because of what she was about to say next. "Release them, this is federal jurisdiction." "Pack it up!"

Kenzie grinned, taking the documents back from Simon. Chief Reagan stepped closer. "Next time you operate a shit storm like this in my city without my knowledge, I'll have your credentials." She threatened.

Kenzie let out a chuckle and leaned in. "I'd like to see you try."

Chief Reagan shook her head, annoyed at what just happened. Her and Simon walked back to her SUV, mumbling some profanity underneath her breath. She pressed her hand on Simon's shoulder, who turned around with his brows raised. "Find out everything you can about Agent Johnson."

"Copy that, Chief." Simon agreed, hopping in the backseat.

Chief Reagan looked around the chaotic scene, from the building now riddled with bullet holes to the traumatized tourists on the streets. Right as she was about to get into the car, she felt a chill run up her spine. She turned around and saw one of the biker's staring at her.

His brooding stare through his ocean-colored eyes had Chief Reagan's heart beating faster than it was a moment ago. She gulped the lump in her throat and shook her head, erasing a thought that popped in there briefly before entering the vehicle and driving off.

Kenzie walked over to Priest and the others. "Are we good?" Axle quickly asked, not knowing if their cover story had worked. Kenzie nodded. "For now at least, but I don't think Chief Reagan is done with you, yet."

Priest looked at his wife to elaborate. Kenzie shrugged her shoulders. "She gave me a vibe, I think she's got a real interest in your club, so I'd be real careful not to do anything crazy in the city limits."

"We hear you loud and clear," Axle replied, tightening his hold around Charlie's waist.

Kenzie gave a faint smile. "I'm glad you're ok, sorry we had to meet under these circumstances." "Thank you." Charlie mustered, still shaken by all the events.

Priest walked his wife back to her car. "Do you really think Chief Reagan will be a problem for the Club?" He asked, while opening the passenger side door.

She turned to look at him. "I don't know," Kenzie answered honestly. "But I wouldn't take any chances, the Club made a lot of noise today." "If she wasn't looking into the Club before, after today, she most definitely is now."
