Chapter 33: New Addition x2

Smith's POV:
I noticed Mia seemed a bit down since Trott and Katie were gone, they were supposed to be away for a month. It was also certainly a lot quieter. Ross had also gone to spend a week with Sophie in London so it was just me and Mia that were left out of Hat films. Mia sort of became apart of hat films as she was in most of a videos, stunt lass, hat wolf; she even had a few names. "Hey Mia," she was sitting on the couch.
"Yeah, please don't tell me you are thinking."
"Well sort of."
"Noooo, take cover," she covered her face and I laughed.
"What if we got a cat." Her hands dropped instantly and she ran up and hugged me. "Yaaaaaassssssss please."

We went to the pet store and there was a small black kitten that was the runt of the litter it was a male and had been desexed already as no one wanted him so the store thought someone might take him if he was. "This one please he is so cute," Mia said to the store clerk. "Are you sure he is the runt of the litter, there are others much stronger."
"I want him, I don't care if he sneezes and suddenly dies, at least he was loved unconditionally before that day came." The clerk shrugged and then looked at me slightly scared. I put my arm around Mia. "So what are we gone to name him."
"Loki," her decision seems set, I just laughed. "Perfect name for a small helpless kitten who will probably be very small." The clerk handed Loki to Mia and her eyes instantly lit up. "He is perfect," she said.
"He is on clearance seeming as no one really wanted him."
"It's a clearance kitten instead of a clearance puppy," she said. (Clearance puppy from Marley and Me). I smiled, "Tis cute."

We took him home and he wasn't all that keen on wandering around he seemed to like to just stay with us for the time being. Although later on we found him watching my geckos very carefully. "If you touch them," I said sternly and Loki just meowed and looked at me sadly and walked away. "Cat whisperer," Mia said walking up beside me and feeding my geckos. "Hey I was going to feed them."
"To late, you can feed Loki." I got a tin of kitten food out of the cupboard. I made the food and everything but I couldn't find him anywhere. "Hey Mi have you seen Loki," I asked still holding the cat food. "Umm no."
"Well I can't find him."
"We seriously couldn't have lost a kitten already." She got up and instantly knew where he was as soon as she looked at the half open cupboard. "Smith you have to close the cupboard kittens are curious creatures." Mia looked in the cupboard and she pulled out little Loki. "You're a doofus cat you are," I put his food on the ground and he munched away.

Mia's POV: one month later (Trott and Katie are back)
Kim, Hannah and I were all going out for a coffee with Katie to catch up and chat. "So was it nice over there," Kim asked. They went to Hawaii. "It was beautiful, it was so hot but the nights were cold and it was lovely to just cuddle." We awwed. "So did you miss us," I asked.
"Of course but do you know what else I miss." I wasn't sure if anything else but maybe the rest of the Yogs or maybe the nice cool weather. "My period." My eyes just lit up and we almost all screamed at the top of our lungs, but remembered we were in a café. "Babby walrus, sooooooo cuuuuute." There must have been a fan close by just eavesdropping and spying because they made a mini squeal as well. I gave them a confusing look and then walked over. "You must not let this leak out onto the Internet until they want it to, ok." The fan nodded and as something for them to keep quiet they go a picture and a signature from all of us even Katie. "Jesus Christ imagine how much stuff we are going to get," Katie said.
"Tell me about it," I laughed.
"Oh that reminds me, how is your little baby going."
"Loki is just fine he settled in just fine, and in my last video he decided to be a camera cat and the fans loved him so I think he might become a camera cat permanently." I had to bring Loki into the office as I wasn't keen on leaving him alone he either hung out in my room or the Hat room where Smith or Ross played with him whilst I was recording or he was sitting in someone else's room, Sjin mainly. "That reminds me actually, I have to go make sure that the guys haven't killed Loki yet because he is so small and easy to step on."
"Kay bye, will be joining soon to announce to everyone."
"Ok bye," I waved and left.

I got to the Yog tower and walked into the Hat room making sure that Loki wasn't at the door. Ross and Smith weren't in there but I saw Trott lying on the ground on his back and I wondered why. "Ummm what is happening here." Then Loki jumped off his back and ran up to me. Loki was growing but not by much he was still a small kitten. "Loki decided to crawl onto my back whilst I was lying on the ground," Trott said not moving much so Loki went and sat back on him.
"And why are you on the ground."
"Because I was tired and to lazy to move up onto the couch." I shrugged and picked Loki up taking him back to my room. "Oh umm Mia," Trott stopped me.
"Yas."
"Did Katie already tell you about... That." I laughed Trott was going all red in the face but he had the biggest smile on his face. "Yes she did, I'm happy for you guys, I recon a babby walrus will be so cute."
"Oh ha ha very funny." I recorded some Batman Arkham City and the whole time Loki sat on my shoulder sometimes meowing when I did things wrong or failed a task, he even purred when I got things right or killed a guy (Batman doesn't kill), knocked a guy out, it was weird but funny and cute.
