Chapter 31: Painful

Mia's POV:
2 weeks later
I found it really hard to not jump around and act weirdly. Trott touched my neck whist I was jumping around and I made a weird squeal noise and fell forward. "Fuck you Trott." I hated people touching the back of my neck it gave me goose bumps. "You love me," (calm down best friends say that to each other so that's what I meant by that don't freak out) he smiled and tried to touch my neck again but I tumbled backwards and as I did so stood up but fell back down because I was still learning to parkour again. "What in the world is going on," Ross had just opened the door and Sophie stood behind him. I squealed and stood up and Sophie squealed as well as we hugged each other. "God damn girls can you scream any louder," Trott rubbed his ear.
"How do think I feel mate I'm right here," Ross said covering his ears and walking to his desk. "Bye guys," I called and went to get Hannah and Kim. I opened Hannah's door and she just got up Kim did a similar thing, then we went and got Katie from work. It was going to be a girls day today.

"So Katie you excited about the wedding, it's in two weeks," Sophie asked.
"What kinda question is that of course I'm excited." We all laughed. Today we were just going to look at dresses and types of make up and what the brides maids were going to wear.
"Come on Mia your going to have to wear a dress," Katie said looking at dresses.
"How about this, will you wear this," Kim pointed to a light blue dress that was above knee length. I shook my head. "Jesus Christ Mia remind me to not make you a brides maid when I get married," Hannah said we all laughed.
"What about this," Sophie pointed to a red dress that was past knee length and it had a ribbon the made a cool pattern around your waist. I looked at it, I never thought I'd ever look at a dress and say it's beautiful. "It's beautiful." The girls all laughed and we had dresses made like that for all of us. "We should have filmed that and sent it to Smith," Katie said. I raised and eyebrow. "What Mia saying a dress was beautiful, he would crack up," Kim said I punched Kim in the arm. "Hey, that's mean. You may still be getting your strength back but your still strong." I hugged Kim. "Aww did I hurt whittle Kimmy," I said in a baby voice. Everyone laughed and we went to get a coffee.

After we all had our coffee we went to the park and decided to act like we were in high school again just sitting on the swings made for babies or going on the see-saw. "Kim sit in the baby swing and I will push you," I said.
"You," she started to try and say and insult, "fine." Kim sat in the seat and I pushed her it was fun till Kim came back to fast and hit me. Even though I was healed everything still hurt especially my ribs. I fell to the ground in pain and groaned whilst holding my belly and curling up into a ball. "Oh my god! Mia! Are you ok," Hannah said quickly racing over to me. "It feels like I have just been shot or something." They all tried to help me up but it hurt to much. "I'm calling Smith," Katie said.
"He is still on crutches," I said my voice croaky as I was trying to not cry.
"I'm still calling him."

About 10 minutes later a slightly larger shadow loomed over me and I opened my eyes to see Smith on crutches looking down at me. "Mia are you ok," he said with a shaky voice.
"Getting a bit better still hurts like shit though." I felt arms underneath me and I winced and saw Ross picking me up. "Sorry I had to lying all curled up isn't going to help the situation." I nodded and the tear finally fell. It hurt every step that he took and when he laid me in the back it was all sorts of pain. Smith got in beside me and placed my head on his lap. "Are you on now," he said.
"I can still breath so that's one good thing, and it's not to bad now."
"Do you want to go to hospital to see if it's been broken again or not," Ross said as he was the driver. "No I didn't hear a crack and it doesn't hurt as much now."
"That's good." Ross just took Smith and I home.

Ross helped me inside as Smith was on crutches. "Are your sure you are going to ok," Ross asked setting me down onto couch. I nodded my head. "Thank you," I said giving Ross a hug and a kiss on the cheek and he left. "Where's mine," Smith said pointing to his cheek. I gave him a kiss on the cheek as he sat down on the couch beside me. "Do you feel better now," Smith asked again. "I'm sore but fine, now stop asking. I will let you know when it gets painful." Smith kissed my cheek and I got up, slowly, and made some afternoon tea as I was hungry.
