CHAPTER FIFTY-TWO

Trevor's pov:

I ran as quickly as I could. The Luna said she left about 30 minutes ago. I can catch her in wolf form. Shadow booked it down the road and cut into the forest. He ran like his life was on the line. Shadow is one of the fastest wolfs in the Royal pack.

Finally I can see the bumper of her car.

"Rose! Stop the car!" I begged through the link. She did not respond but I could see her stiffen while driving and look around her windows.

"Fine. You asked for this!" I told her through the link.

Roses pov:
He tried mind-linking me after I left. I refused to respond. Telling me he needed to see me in person! That's the only way to reject someone! A tear betrayed me and ran down my cheek. "Stupid mate bond" I said out loud.

As I'm driving he tried to link me again.

"Rose! Stop the car!" He begged through the link. I did not respond but I stiffened by back while driving and looked around my car windows.

"Fine. You asked for this!" He told me through the link. "What the hell?" I Said to my wolf. "Where is he!?" Panicking I picked up my speed, looking all around my car except the front window.

I turned back around to face forward and screamed. Trevor stood in human form about 100 ft ahead of me. Naked.

I slammed my foot down on the brake! My tires screeching and car turning sideways. Coming to a screeching halt inchs away from him. Breathing hard, I sat there. Refusing to look at him.

Trevor marched to my door and ripped open the drives door. Breathing heavily and still. Completely naked. He spoke.

"Rose! Get out of the car!....please." He said firmly but softly. I huffed.

Trevor grabbed my arm and reached over me, unbuckled my seatbelt and pulled me out of the car.

Pushing me up against it so my back was on the back passenger door.

"Trevor! What the fuck?! Let me go!" I demanded. "Let me..." I was unable to finish my yelling at him due to his lips crashing on to mine. He put a hand into my hair and grabbed it firmly and pulled me closer, his other hand around my waist. My wolf began to purr.

After a moment, I pushed him back. "Oh now your here and speaking to me?" I sarcastically asked him.

Looking into my eyes he spoke. "I Trevor davia except you, rose knight as my mate." Then he went quite. Still staring at me, inches from my face.

I slowly breathed out and in. Trying to catch my breath and words. "I thought you did not want me." I said to him in a low voice.

"Please rose, never try and run from me with out letting me explain my side of the story." He said holding my cheeks. Gently placing another kiss on my lips.

"I was in shock last night. And after burying Chad, I was exhausted. I did not think I would have a second chance mate after the hell I was put through!"

"But that does not mean I did not want you. Your wolf took me by surprise last night. I should have ran for you. And I am sorry for making you doubt me wanting to be your mate." Trevor then shocked me by backing up and baring his neck to me.

"Mark me" he said in a husky voice, while still holding my waist.

"Here? Now?" I asked him looking around. We were In The middle of the road. Trevor naked, my car parked side ways. Before I new it, Jamie took over. "Damn it Jamie!!" I yelled to her.

"As you wish mate!" She said. Trevor looked at me again. "Jamie!" He said. But before he could speak another word, I jumped on him and bit down on his neck, right over alpha chads mate mark.

"Mine!" I mind linked him while marking him. Once I finished, Jamie let me have control again. "Bitch" I told her.

I pulled my hair back and barred my neck. "Mark me mate!" Trevor smiled. Seeing that Jamie is no longer in control.

"With pleasure!" Trevor gently kisses my neck, then bit down. Marking me as his. "Let's go home mate." He whispered in my ear.

Alpha king Aegons pov:

I received a text from my sister Rose this morning after I saw her in the kitchen. She said she was going to see our cousins for a bit. That she found her mate.

She said it was trevor.

My mind was at a lost. The moon goddess must have a sick sense of humor to make him go through so much pain, when his second mate was in the pack all along. And not just any mate. But my sister. I was about to mindlink him when my mother knocked on the hospital nursery doors.

"Come in." Amelia called out while she bottle fed one of the pups.

"Hello my darling" my mother cheerfully said. Looking down on the other three pups sleeping.

"Amelia, honey have you thought of names for the girls yet?" She looked up with a smile from feeding the babe. She appeared to be the runt. Still perfect in every way. "We have Luna, but we are wanting to wait for family dinner tonight to announce them." I looked down at her smiling.

My mother cooed over the baby's for a bit longer before excusing her self.

While Amelia and I placed the baby girl down next to her sister a car could be heard approaching the pack house.

Looking out I saw roses car pulling up. Her getting out of the drivers side while Trevor sheepishly got out of the passengers seat. Naked? Rose laughed at him and threw him her jacket while running In The house. He shook his head, wrapped it around his waist and ran after her.

Maybe the moon goddess does have a plan for all of us. I thought to my self.
