C H A P T E R 15

"Are going to answer that or will you keep looking at it until it stops again."

I looked up from the ringing phone in my hand to Maddie. "Yeah, I should probably answer right ?"

"Yes !" She shouted at me putting her hands in the air but regretted it after people looked at her. She put her hands down and pretended to look outside. I could've laughed at her if my heart wasn't beating so fast because of the ringing phone in my hand.

People went to their business, I'm sure they're probably thinking 'these girls are unnecessarilly loud, don't they have manners?'

I decided to slide the accept button and put the phone in my ear.

"Blue, are you okay ?" He asked in a panicked voice.

"Why wouldn't I be okay ?" I asked with an attitude

"I don't know I thought -the missed calls, I thought something happened to you."

"I'm fine."

"I'm sorry for missing your calls, can I come over so I could explain ?" He sounded stressed and tired.

I was going to give him a hard time but now I just want to see him and make sure he's okay.

"Yeah, but I'm not home right now."

"Anywhere important ? I could fetch you. I just need to talk to you."

"I'm at the mall."

"Okay I'll call you when I get there." He said and I hung up.

"So..." Maddie asked as she came back from throwing away her ice cream cup.

"Nothing, he said he'll explain, he's coming to get me." I said. Good thing I walked here and didn't come with my car. "You drove here right ?"

"Yeah, but I'll have to stay at least twenty minutes, Adam's shift ends by then and we're leaving together." She said as she looked at the time on her phone.

My phone dinged as I was about to answer. I opened my phone and read Kenny's text.

Kenny : I'm at the front entrance.

He was at my apartment when he called. There's no way he would get here so soon.

"Okay, I've got to go. You'll tell me everything about your date with Adam okay ?" I said standing up and she nodded. "Bye, love you."

"Love you too Madds." I kissed her cheek and got out. We had already settled the bill so I didn't bother with that.

I walked towards the escalators and climbed one down. After I was on the bottom floor I walked to the front entrance which didn't take me longer than two minutes.

I went to the outside parking lot and looked for a familiar car. I know Kenny didn't have only two cars so I hoped he would come with the Mercedes G63 Wagon or the BMW X7 because I only knew them.

I saw someone come out of a Mercedes Benz SL63 AMG Motorsport.
I thought Pablo said they weren't in the country yet ? I need to call my father. It's either he hates me or he wanted to buy the car for himself. I think it's the latter. I would find it in our mansion's garage when I got home. But he said it was just released and it hasn't been imported yet when I wanted to buy it. What kind of father is he ?

I wasn't surprised when I saw that the guy that came out of my dream car was Kenny. Well.. my current dream car. I have a dream car every time Mercedes Benz releases a new model.

I walked towards Kenny and he went to my side to open the door for me. I got inside and he closed the car and came to his side.
Kenny pulled out of the parking lot and headed to the direction of my apartment. The car ride was silent, nothing said between us as he focused on the road and I looked out the window. I kept stealing glances at his appearance.
