Kion waited with his parents outside a den. "So what are we doing?" Kion asked. "Welcoming a new cub," Nala smiled. "Yay a friend to play with!" Kion shouted. "Hey!" Kiara frowned at him. Simba chuckled.
The royal family was let in.
Ananda layed on her side with a cub in her arms. Sahasi layed next to her. Ananda showed the cub to Simba and Nala.
"It's a girl," Nala smiled. "Her name is Rani," Ananda replied.

Nala touched her muzzle to Rani's head. Then Simba, then went Kiara. Kion hopped on the rock. "I can't wait to be friends," He smiled and touched his muzzle to her head.
