Episode Twenty Four

I growled under my breath and cursed, 'what is that idiot thinking? Whatever orochimaru said Probably got to him' i clenched my fist

I exhaled and then took a deep inhale 'dont kill sasuke, dont kill sasuke'

Once i finally calmed myself down for the most part i unclenched my fist and turned to look over at the two girls, who i had honestly forgotten they were there

"y/n do you know where sasuke is?" sakura asked clutching her flower

"He better hope i dont, once i find that motherfucker, im going to make him forget whats its like to eat solid food" both girls flinched as i sighed deeply, running a hand through my hair

"Fine ill look for him later, imma visit lee while i'm here at least" i exited the room while nearly crushing the flowers in my hand

"Y/N SENSEI!" lee exclaimed as i entered the room

"Whats up lee" i chuckled a bit, letting my shoulders relax some

"WHAT AN AMAZING SHOW OF AFFECTION! IM SO GLAD YOU CARE ABOUT ME!" lee sniffled as tears ran down his face

"Yeah yeah" i laughed a genuine laugh

I placed the flowers in a vase that was sitting on the table next to lees bed

"So" i pulled up a chair and intertwined my fingers, growing serious

"What did the doctors say about your injury?"

He also grew a bit serious "they said that i cant contine as a shinobi anymore" he looked down at his lap, sadness showing a bit in his eyes

My face also grew solemn, but i put on a smile "Well dont worry lee!" i held up a thumb "if there's anyone that can do this, its you!"

Lee's face lit up "THANK YOU SO MUCH Y/N SENSEI!" he yelled dramatically

"No problem lee" i patted his head

"Um i actually have a bit of a favor to ask" he reached up with his good hand to rub his neck after i leaned back in my chair

"Hm?" i hummed

And so thats how i got here, standing to the side as i watched lee do 200 one armed pushups, the only reason i agreed to this is because i knew he would just do it anyways if i declined

And i also was there to make sure he didnt hurt himself anymore than he already was

I sighed mentally as i felt the nurse and ino and sakura running out of the building, 5

"Lee stop it!" the nurse yelled as she reached out to touch him, but i grabbed her wrist before she could

"Please dont interfere, this is something lee needs to do" she was surprised as i dropped her hand

"B-but" she stuttered out "this is not something he should be doing in this condition" she regained some of her posture

"Lee has some of the best mental resility of anyone ive ever met, and belive me, if i hadnt intervened, he would be doing much more taxing exercises"

"One more" lee stuttered out

"Lee thats enough for today" i caught him just as he passed out and lifted him up

"I can take him back to his room" i turned to face the nurse as she nodded warily "please go get the doctor" she nodded once again and then turned on her heel and ran off to find the doctor

I started to walk off and sighed as i heard what sakura asked ino

I walked down a small path in the forest that led towards a waterfall, i had changed back into my normal clothes and didnt have my mask on, my hair was also down. Free from the usual ponytail

'Hm? That chakra?' i stopped as i felt a eerily familiar chakra coming from nearby

'No fucking way' i started to jog over to some bushes when i stopped as a huge smile made its way onto my face

"That old perv" i whispered as i disappeared and then reapered behind the old man smiling

"Looks like all the ladies left huh" i whispered into his ear as he jumped up and shrieked like a little girl

"y-y/n?!" he yelled as i stood up and brushed myself off and smirked

"Whats up old man, been a while huh"

"W-wait, y/n you know pervy sage?!" Naruto shrieked from a bit away, 'oh? I didnt realize naruto was here too, so that means....' i smiled as i shot a knowing look in jiraiya's direction, who in turn rubbed the back of his neck

"Yep!" i popped the P "believe it or not, but this guy taught me how to do my summonings!" i smiled at the memory, but that was a story for another time

"Wow!" naruto exclaimed "he was supposed to teach me summonings, but so far all hes done is look at girls playing in the water" he looked down dejectedly

"Sounds about right" i put both hands on my hips and laughed again

"So..." i finally turned back around to face jiraiya, "what brings you back to konoha?" i raised an eyebrow

"U-um, well you see...." his voice got quieter and quieter as he went on

"Seriously, you're still continuing that stupid series" i rubbed my temples

"Hey! For the record, i get sales!" he yelled

"Yeah but by a bunch of pervs" i shuddered at the thought of knowing anyone like that

"Hmph, i bet you're just jealous" he crossed his arms making me make a face a disgust (kinda like the one that tanjiro made to zenitsu when they first met)

"H-hey dont look at me like that!" he stuttered again

"Ugh whatever, well i can see that you both are, ahem...busy, so ill just leave you guys alone for now" i started to walk back down the path i came from

"Waittttt y/nnnnn" jiraiya ran after me "cant you hang out sometime?" he questioned

"Ummm, i dont know if i want to hang out with you" i looked down at him as he got down on both knees

"Please please please" he begged "is it too much to want to spend time with one of my former students after not seeing them for a long time" he put both his hands together

"Why do i think that IF i agree, you're going to drag me to some bathhouse to get some 'ideas' for your story" i made air quoted at the ideas part

"That wont happen i promise!" he yelled again

'I have a feeling hes not going to let up on the begging anytime soon' i sighed again

"Fine" he looked up excitedly "BUT" i held up a finger "IM choosing the place, got that?" he nodded quickly

"Good, now get up off of the ground, its pathetic" he growled as he stood up and dusted himself off, muttering under his breath

"Hey, you're the one who wanted to hang out" i shrugged "and for the record, i was already planning to ask you myself, but i guess you beat me to it" his eyes widened

"Anyways, see ya old perv, bye naurto" i disappeared just as Jiraiya jumped at the spot i just was

I laughed a bit as i landed on my bed "oh sensei, you have no idea how happy i was to see you" i chuckled as i immediately fell asleep from exhaustion
