Episode Twenty Two

y/n POV

"y/n?" a soft voice called from the bathroom, so it looks like hatake sent kurenai to drag me out of the bathroom

"Yeah?" i sighed and went and opened the stall door "did hatake send you?" i yawned, i just realized how tired i was

"No but" she handed me something, it was a slip of paper, i raised an eyebrow and opened it

'Im sealing Sasukes curse mark, (location) heres where we are, if you want to come - Kakashi'

"Thank you kurenai" i bowed and ran out of the bathroom to the place kakashi mentioned, when i got there, however, i noticed a familiar chakra presense

"Orochimaru" i whispered, i ran harder, my legs burned slightly but whatever,

When i got there, the first thing i did was analyze the area, sasuke was slumped over in the middle, hatake next to him and orochimaru standing a bit ahead of me,

"Bastard" i whispered as i activated my mangekyo and aimed a kick at his head, making him turn to block it, but it was just a shadow clone and i managed to cut his cheek with a poisoned kunai as my real self flew by,

He groaned out and fell to one knee, but when he looked up he smirked, "ill see you later" and then he disappeared into the darkness

"Tch" i looked over at sasuke and gently picked him up, "thanks" was all i said as i started to walk out, but kakashi put a hand on shoulder stopping me "y/n" he gave me a look

"Hm?" i looked down and focused my eyes on sasuke, he sighed "can you talk later?" he questioned

"Ill see" and then i walked out of there with sasuke in my arms,

Y/n POV

I was sitting on a stool in sasukes room, waiting for him to wake up, three ANBU stood guard, i sighed and brushed some hair from his face, he was attached to a breathing machine and a heart monitor stood next to him

I stood up, and brushed off my arms, "im going to get a drink" i turned to the ANBU, "watch him closely" i narrowed my eyes at one of the ANBU, his chakra was off,

I banged my fist on the machine because the drink i wanted wasnt falling "ugh stupid thing" i suddenly stiffined, and i bolted back to sasukes room only to find all the ANBU on the floor,

I did some hand signs and disappeared into a wall, (kinda like what zetsu can do) i opened my eyes and had a full view of the room, Kabuto, no, it wasnt Kabuto, it was merely a shell, a dead body, but the reall question was, why was the son of the head of the medical team here? Could he be working for orochimaru, if so, i would have to kill him, i dont care if i got into trouble or arrested, i couldnt let him run free

He was holding a scalpel up to sasukes neck, i started to move forward but hatake moved before me, quickly grabbing the weapon from kabutos hand, they exchanged some words but my eyes widened when my eyes landed on a certain ANBU that was laying by the window

I lunged forward and took out a kunai aimed to kill, but it was too late, he had already jumped out the window, i looked out as he took off the mask and smirked, making me punch the wall and the whole wall cracked

"Fuck" i looked at sasuke, who had been sleeping peacefully the whole time, while hatake went over and checked the pulse of the man who had looked like kabuto

"The dead body transfer jutsu or whatever its called" i waved my hand as i pulled up the stool i had been previously sitting on and sat down, sighing

'Oh sasuke, i fear the time is coming where i cant protect you anymore, you would do anything to achieve your dream of killing itachi'

"You ok?" hatake came up and leaned down to my level

'No' "yes" i nodded

He sighed as well, "well if you wanna know, the third and final rounds are in exactly one month" he put both hands in his pockets, "thanks" an awkward silence ensued

I coughed "so i assume you're going to be training sasuke?" he nodded

"Well, im going to stand guard because i dont really trust anyone else to guard sasuke"

"Alright" kakashi then started to walk out of the room "ill let someone know to clean this up" i nodded "thanks"

As soon as he left i slumped in my stool and sighed 'im so tired'

Yall im so fucking mad rn, so, i had a hockey game and these girls were being real bitches, like one of em called me a fattass, but its ok because i slammed her into the boards after that :p but its so annoying because the refs werent calling ANYTHING, for example, this girl literally SLAMMED me on the ice, full on, and the refs didnt call it, and it kept happening to ALL my teamates and they didnt call any penalties, and it made me so fucking mad, i almost punched this girl in the face, but anyways sorry abt my rant but hope yall are having a good day/night/evening, bye bye
