About two months has passed. Apparently, they were going to announce the Japanese Hero Billboard chart in Kamino. Nīsan allowed me to go to the presentation, the others reassuring that they'll look after him for me while they continued to fight Machia, and I copied Toga's quirk so I could disguise myself as one of the audience members. After knocking that member unconscious and drinking a cup of her blood, I went to the billboard chart stadium, glad that the room was dark and my seat was high.

"This is the first billboard chart since the Kamino incident, where the Symbol of Peace, All Might, was driven to an early retirement. Everyone understands how important this is! Until today, heroes did not appear on stage for the announcement, but this time is different! Take a look!" The announcer explained as lights turned on at the stage, making everyone excited. "Number 10! Dropping down one rank from number nine last time, Dragon Hero: Ryukyu!" The announcer said as Ryukyu went on stage while waving. 'Hey, Kaida, look! She can turn into a dragon, too!' I thought to my quirk. However, since she's only awake when we're angry, Kaida just huffed at me before going back to sleep. "Number nine! He went down, too! But he won't be defeated! Equipped Hero: Yoroi Musha!" I saw a samurai looking old man go up to the stage. "Number eight! From the 'Clean and Shiny' commercial, Laundry Hero: Wash!" A hero dressed as a washing machine went next, making me sweat drop. "Number seven! A huge leap! A promising hero whose growth won't stop! Kamui Woods!" Woods went next, waving as he went to the stage. "Ah, I remember you." I said to myself while smiling darkly. "Number six! From orthodox school of manliness, he reliably keeps his ranking! Shield Hero: Crust!" I frowned as I saw the guy tearing up on stage. 'These guys are a bunch of weirdos, huh?' I thought. "Number five! A bunny with a determined spirit has risen in the rankings! Rabbit Hero: Mirko!" The announcer said, and she brushed back her long hair as she said something to Edgeshot, who was next. "Number four! This mysterious ninja's had a huge jump in cases resolved and approval rating! Ninja Hero: Edgeshot!" Though he was involved in the teams ambush a while ago, I couldn't help but grin that he was making the ram hand sign.

"This time, those heroes involved with the Kamino incident have seen all their approval ratings go up. Which brings us to this man... Even though he's currently on hiatus, he's still number three! With the number one approval rating for this round, Fiber Hero: Best Jeanist! We're all waiting for him to return as soon as possible!" Clips of him appeared on the big screen, but I didn't really care, looking to glance at number two. However, my eyes widened and I blushed before grinning darkly at him. "Ooh, what a handsome birdie." I cooed as I put my elbow on my knee, leaning forward to rest my head on my hand. "Number two! He does things his own way, but he's fierce! With great momentum, he's reached the number two spot! Wing Hero: Hawks!" As he had a hand behind his head with the other at his hip, I heard Kuro whisper in my head. 'I thought you liked Dabi? Now you're crushing on this guy?' She questioned, and I rolled my eyes. 'Please, he's a hero. I'm a villain. It'd never work out between us. I just can't help admiring his looks.' I told her.

"And...!" The lights turned off for a moment as Endeavor walked on stage, his red flames making him glow in the dark. "He's been the temporary number one, but today... he's really, truly in the number one spot. He's waited a long time! Flame Hero: Endeavor!" The lights had turned back on, and I smirked as I leaned back to look down at him. 'Dabi will be happy about this. It'll help him even more with his plans.' I thought with a chuckle.

The Hero Commission's president came on the stage, a mic stand in front of her as she gestured to the heroes behind her. "We chose to put on this kind of event this time because we saw that this was a critical juncture. It's been about three months since All Might's retirement. There are still rumors that we are lacking an icon, but the heroes who will bear the future are right here." As she talked some more, I saw Hawks fidget before leaning towards Endeavor to say something. Endeavor just glared at him, making Hawks jokingly zip his lips to show he'll be quiet now, and I couldn't help grinning in amusement at his antics. As the announcer went to each hero for them to comment, starting at the bottom, I ignored them as I continued watching Hawks, finding him more entertaining than the others.
