Approval Pt. 2

~Nara's pov~

Everyone was silent as we all stood frozen under Papa's red gaze. His eyes flickered over all of us before stopping at me and Hawks, making my stomach drop in slight fear as his eyes narrowed at us. Hawks looked like he was a deer caught in headlights, his eyes wide in shock as he stood completely still, though his wings were raised and twitching like he was debating whether to take off or not. "Hawks, what are you doing on school campus and in my class' dormitory?" Papa questioned.

Mina chose that moment to lean in and whisper to me. "Hey, did you tell him about you and Hawks yet?" She asked. I looked at her in astonishment that she just asked that, and before I could hiss at her that I haven't and for her to shut up about it, Papa spoke up. "Was Nara supposed to tell me something?" He questioned us, having heard Mina from how quiet it was. Mina quickly slapped her hands over her mouth, realizing her mistake too late as I facepalmed at her.

I lowered my hand, though, and watched in slight fear and panic as Hawks stepped forward to Papa. 'Oh my god, is he gonna-?' I thought, but I couldn't finish it since he began to speak. "Mr. Aizawa, I like Nara. May I please have your permission to date her?" Hawks asked formally, even going as far as bowing to Papa respectfully. I gaped at him in shock that he just straight up came out with that, some of the others looking at him the same way.

Papa's red eyes flashed in anger, terrifying me for a second as I thought he was gonna kill Hawks while he was vulnerable. However, he closed his eyes, his messy hair falling back onto his shoulders as he pinched the bridge of his nose in annoyance. "We'll discuss that topic tomorrow. For now, since it's late, I'll ask permission from Principal Nezu if you could stay the night with the rest of the school staff members." Papa told him, making Hawks sigh in relief that his ass didn't get kicked while he straighten back up.

"As for the rest of you, you need to get some sleep." Papa spoke to the rest of us, making his students whine in complaint. "Yeah, they probably should go to bed now." Hawks agreed with a chuckle, sheepishly scratching his head for not insisting on it sooner. "Don't complain. You all have training tomorrow, and Nara will be joining us for it in the afternoon." Papa told everyone firmly. They all perked up at the mention of me joining them, and I sighed in relief. "Thank goodness, I've been waiting to start training again. I hate being all weak like this." I said. "Oh, I can't wait to see your quirks, Nara!" Mina told me excitedly, the others nodding in agreement.

"That's enough. Go to bed, all of you, or else I'll make you run laps around the school tomorrow." Papa told us again, and everyone began to walk off to the stairways. As I walked over there as well, I saw Papa immediately wrap his capture binds around Hawks, keeping him from moving before he could even do so. "You're coming with me. You may like my daughter, but you're not going to be sleeping in the same room as her." Papa grumbled before he began to drag him out of the dorms. "I wasn't going to do that! I respect Nara's space and privacy!" Hawks insisted, but I rolled my eyes. 'Really? Then you wouldn't have used your feathers to spy on me and my friends earlier.' I retorted in my mind. "Either way, we need to set an example to the students." Papa told him as he pulled out his phone, tapping it a few times before putting it to his ear. "Yes, Principal Nezu? I have a request." Papa began, but I couldn't hear him after that. Him and Hawks had left the dorms, and I had gone up the stairs to my room.

~3rd pov (real quick)~

"Yes, Aizawa? What can I help you with?" Principal Nezu asked over the phone. "Hawks has come to the school unannounced. I just found him in my student's dormitory, however there's a situation between him and Nara that I have to resolve tomorrow. Is it alright if he stays in the staff dormitory for tonight?" Aizawa asked.

"Actually, I forgot to mention - Endeavor, Best Jeanist and I thought it best for me to stay in the school so I can keep an eye on both Midoriya and Nara. You know, in case Shigaraki or All For One attack the school or send someone after them. That's already happened, actually - Dabi showed up earlier today to try and convince Nara to join the villains again." Hawks spoke up, snapping Aizawa's attention to him. "And you didn't think to say that sooner?" He growled, and Hawks just shrugged sheepishly. "Like I said, I forgot. I was busy hanging out with your daughter and students." He said, and Aizawa had to close his eyes and calm himself before he strangled the young pro hero.
