~Nara's pov~

After Keigo left, I went back to my own room to change into some workout clothes. However, once I was getting dressed into a breathable gray shirt and leggings, I remembered that I needed to go talk to Katsuki's dad about my clothes. I glanced at my clock on my bookshelf and saw it was almost 8:30, and figured I had enough time to go to the evacuee dorms. So, once I was dressed and had some sneakers on, I went downstairs and left the dorms. I paused with a heavy sigh, though, as I remembered how far the evacuee dorms were. 'Fuck it, it doesn't matter.' I grumbled in my mind before letting my wings out, ignoring the tears they created in my shirt as I took off into the sky.

I soon arrived at the area, hovering over the dorm block as I scanned the people and buildings below. I sighed again as I realized Mitsuki and Masaru might not be in their temporary shelter, so I used my Shadow Manipulation quirk to search through the shadows below for them. I found them in one of the other dorms, apparently working on a project together. I flew down, accidentally startling a couple of citizens as I landed, and walked into the building after dispersing my wings. The evacuees inside only spared me a glance before continuing on, and I took the stairs to the floor Mitsuki and Masaru were on.

When I got off the stairs, I noticed more evacuees bustling around the halls or entering/exiting their rooms. I went to the room in the far right, knocking on the door before waiting for one of Katsuki's parents to answer. Mitsuki opened the door, and her curious look turned happy and excited when she saw me. "Oh, Nara! It's so good to see you again! Honey, look! Nara's here!" She exclaimed, pulling me into the room to show me to Masaru and closed the door behind us. "Oh, hello, Nara. What a nice surprise." He greeted warmly, working on some sketches on his desk as Mitsuki guided me to sit in a chair. "How have you been, dear? Has everyone been nice to you? Is Katsuki behaving himself around you? Have you found a boy you like here at school yet? Oh, what happened to your shirt?! It's torn in the back!" She started firing questions at me before exclaiming once she saw what my wings did to my shirt, making me sweat drop at her rapid fire.

"Dear, maybe you should let her answer your questions one at a time." Masaru suggested, still smiling but having a sweat drop of his own. Mitsuki lit up in realization before sheepishly laughing as she settled into a chair next to me. "Of course. Sorry, sweetie, go ahead." She told me, and I shuffled in my seat a bit with a light blush. 'This is weird. I've never been around people like them. It's like they've taken me in as their kid or something.' I thought, feeling slightly uncomfortable and embarrassed.

"Um, well, I've been doing okay. Class 1-A's been really nice, they're all good friends to me. Katsuki's been his usual self, but we're getting along well. I like teasing him just because it's fun to rile him up." I giggled at the end, and Mitsuki rolled her eyes while smiling. "Please, that boy's a terror. I'm surprised you're handling him well. I have a hard time with him myself sometimes." She said, but I slightly shook my head. "No, he seems to be somewhat nicer, though he still yells insults and threats at times to everyone." I told her before blushing more at the next question, scratching my cheek and looking away flustered. "Um... I'm actually dating Hawks now..." I murmured, but Mitsuki heard and squealed loudly, hugging me tightly to her with a big grin on her face. "Oh, Nara, that's wonderful! He's some real eye candy, huh?" She teased a bit, and I turned completely red before covering my face, making her laugh.

"Mitsuki, I think you're embarrassing the poor girl." Masaru chuckled from his desk. "Oh, my bad. I'm just so happy for you! And I never get to do this sort of thing. Masaru and I only had a son together, so I didn't have the chance to do motherly things with a daughter before. I know! I'll adopt you!" Mitsuki said cheerfully, and I gawked at her. "Wait, what?" I asked, baffled by her words. "Well, with everything that's going on, we can't actually adopt you right now, so we'll just say we're your 'unofficial' adoptive parents." Mitsuki added. "Uh- but- Aizawa's my biological dad. I don't know if you can actually adopt me if I still have a living parent." I stammered a bit.
