Despite the fact that Rin healed everyone, they were all hospitalized for a day. Her Light Angel quirk was capable of healing injuries from small cuts and bruises to missing limbs and ruptured organs. However, it doesn't recover lost energy from battles or quirk use. Those who were severely injured, such as Midnight, Aizawa, Hawks and Endeavor, were told to stay overnight to regain their energy. Those who weren't as bad were allowed to return home or assist in the search and rescue at the cities Gigantomachia tore through.

Hawks, who was the first to arrive at Central Hospital since he believed they'd be willing to treat Rin, collapsed from exhaustion as soon as he arrived. Doctors and nurses rushed out to help him, and only hesitated for a moment at the sight of Rin Shigaraki before helping them both inside. One of the doctors asked him what happened, and Hawks explained the situation as he was placed on a hospital bed. The doctor nodded and informed his colleagues on how to treat Rin before turning back to the pro hero. After checking to see if he had any injuries, the doctor cleared Hawks as healthy, but seeing how tired he was, the doctor ordered him to stay and rest for the time being. Though he was reluctant, Hawks nodded in agreement, and passed out as soon as his head hit the pillow.

Paramedics arrived at the Jaku Hospital scene, finding all who had fought Tomura Shigaraki either barely awake or unconscious. To get them away from the wreckage, they were brought to rest at the same hospital Hawks and Rin were at. Most of the U.A. students that were near the area for evacuation had gone with them, wanting to check on their injured friends and teachers.

At the Gunga Villa site, the U.A. students that acted as reinforcements and support had gone searching for the others that had fought at the scene. They were delighted to find all of them healthy but unconscious, the students crying from the trauma of the fight and fear that they lost their loved ones. Tokoyami had met up with them, and aided them in getting everyone in a secure location until help arrived. The heroes that weren't worse off at the Gunga Villa arrested the villains that were captured or unconscious from Rin's Fallen Angel quirk. The heroes at the Jaku Hospital site did the same, Best Jeanist aiding in capturing Gigantomachia, Doctor Garaki, and Mr. Compress.

Everyone soon began recovering from the fight, waking up and gathering at Central Hospital to go over what happened. Hawks had joined them, informing them that it was Rin who helped in healing everyone. He added that she was there at the hospital, but since he had just woken up along with the others, he wasn't sure of her current condition. Aizawa and Mic immediately bolted to the reception desk, demanding the nurse stationed there what happened to Rin. She was shocked by their wild reactions, and told them to wait a moment, that she'll contact the doctor in charge of treating Rin.

The doctor came to the group of heroes, and greeted them with a smile. "Hello, everyone. I was told you were asking about Rin Shigaraki?" He asked, and looked to Aizawa, Mic and Hawks as they stepped forward. "Where is she? Is she alright?" Aizawa demanded, beating Hawks to the punch. The doctor rose an eyebrow at him. "If I may, can you tell me your relations with her? I understand she's a member of the League of Villains, and if it weren't for her condition, she would've been transferred to a villain hospital." The doctor said. "I'm her biological father. Her real name is Nara Aizawa, and she was taken by All For One for 11 years. Please, I just need to know if my daughter is all right." Aizawa told him, practically pleading. Mic also had a pleading look, and Hawks' wings were twitching from anxiety.

The doctor sighed. "I won't sugarcoat anything. You're all pro heroes, and after the fight that went on yesterday, you have to understand the severity of Rin -- or Nara's condition. From what Hawks told us when he brought Nara here, she had overused one of her quirks -- specifically, the one with her wings. It was to the point that she had a chain reaction of aneurysms throughout her body. Her body was failing her, and we barely managed to stabilize her three hours ago. If I'm being honest, had it not been for the fact that our doctors and nurses had healing quirks of our own, Nara would have died. Aneurysms are very fatal. Patients either die before they can be treated, or die on the surgery table. With how severe her condition was, most of our best doctors and nurses had to be present in the operation." He told them. Aizawa fell to his knees in shock, Mic dropping down to support him as he was stunned as well. Hawks had to force himself to remain calm, but his wings still puffed and bristled from the stress.
