It was already nighttime of the next day so you, Hiccup and the gang were already heading towards where Viggo and Ryker would hunt for Changewings fully armoured. Doing it at nighttime was a pretty good idea but Glaivedriver wasn't exactly happy with you since he'd be missing his nightly hunt.
Glaivedriver roared while looking around.
"Is there a way we could get there any faster?" Snotlout o complained
Hookfang roared in annoyance towards his rider.
"Glaivedriver." You said
Glaivedriver glided to the right and ended up finding the perfect gusts of wind and before you knew it the whole gang was using it to pick up the pace, getting to the island wasn't gonna be a fast journey but the boats didn't exactly fly.
"Change of plans! Fishlegs, Astrid and the twins will take down the dragon hunters with Dagur, Snotlout and Heather. It's an easier way." Hiccup informed
"Sounds good!" Fishlegs exclaimed
"I call taking down every blue Deadly Nadder!" Ruffnut shouted
"Hey! Why can't I have the blue ones?!" Tuffnut yelled
"Twins! Just take down every dragon hunter on foot, Barf and Belch are better dragons for that than ones like Meatlug." Astrid sighed
"Let's go Windshear, we can finally get over these guys." Heather said
Windshear roared happily as Sleuther went up beside her.
{~} Upon Reaching The Island {~}
"Everyone get into their positions! The boats are down there and there's most likely a hunting party going up the mountain and towards the cliffside! Me and Y/n will apprehend them right after while the other teams take down the hunters." Hiccup stated
"Meet back here!" Astrid exclaimed
"Stay safe!" Fishlegs shouted
"Woohoo!" Tuffnut yelled
"Time to kick some hunter butt!" Ruffnut added
Dagur and Heather waved before Snotlout quickly went after the two towards the hunter ships.
"The Changewings are gonna get pretty close, how do we know where they are?" You asked
"Uh... we don't. We're gonna have to be pretty careful." Hiccup stated
Glaivedriver roared while scanning the ground below, Toothless did the same.
"Toothless, can you find something?" Hiccup asked
Toothless sent out a wave of purple as a way to use echolocation.
"Glaivedriver's picking up on something." You informed
"Toothless is too." Hiccup said
Glaivedriver began flying in an opposite direction towards a cliffside that was totally away from where you and Hiccup were searching, Toothless quickly came up beside him before looking around more focused.
Glaivedriver roared before landing on a few trees, Toothless landed on the ground and it seemed that Viggo and Ryker along with a few skilled hunters were camping out for the night.
