Adrastos was busy the next day doing all the paper works. It was easy since most of it are just marriage proposal or some pure bullshit

He is happy though, today Archon Lixieng will personally visit Obelia to make an alliance. So Adrastos was more than motivated to finish his paper works faster to be the first one to greet his father.

"Your highness, please take this tea. You've been busy with those papers take a break" Xifeng said placing the tea on the table which made Adrastos look at him and sigh in relief

"I deeply appreciate your effort, Xifeng. I will take a rest as soon as i finish the last five papers" Adrastos reassured the head maid

Xifeng just smiled before patting the young man, "You seems more motivated to finish your workload than usual your highness"

"I wish to be the one to welcome Zixuan's Ruler first" He admitted making Xifeng chuckle

"You seem fond of our Archon your highness"

"To be honest, he taught me a lot of things when i was away here. At our encounters, I have suggested and asked for both nations alliance together" Adrastos half lied which seems Xifeng believed

"Even when you're visiting your highnesses family you still manage to work for Obelia Empire. Obelia will prosper more once you ascend to the throne" Xifeng complimented Adrastos while ruffling his hair. After a while Xifeng left after Adrastos finishes his tea.

The news about Lixieng's arrival to the capital Adrastos immediately rush to the Main Palace to wait for his nonbiological father

He was relieved when he saw that he is the only one on the door as his eyes shine brightly when he saw the tall and charming man

"I greet the Great Archon Lixieng" Adrastos greeted while bowing ninety degrees the fair man whilst making Lixieng smile brightly

" Glory and blessing to the future Sun of Obelia. Please do rise your highness"

"I hope that you will enjoy your stay here your majesty"

Once that Claude heard about the Zixuan's ruler arrival, he immediately went to greet him but the sight before him was unsettling somehow

Claude knew that Adrastos was the one to propose the union on Obelia and Zixuan and he was grateful for that but seeing how close those two are he cannot help but to feel envy at the Archon

O' how Adrastos eyes shone brightly whenever the Archon spoke, how his smile every time he was complimented and how Adrastos seems to be really close with the guest made Claude fume in envy

"I greet the Great Archon of Zixuan" Claude greeted while offering his hand which Lixieng accepted half-heartedly with a faint smile on his face. Whether that smile is sincere or half assed we never know.

"Ah yes, Same to you as well Emperor Claude"

Adrastos personally offered himself to be the one touring the guest and without bidding his goodbye to his real father, both Adrastos and Lixieng left the emperor

"That man is unbearable; he is here for union and yet why..." why does it look like he is taking Adrastos away from me'

Lixieng hummed beside Adrastos when he placed his arm around the crown prince shoulder

"It seems like my child was looking forward to my arrival but didn't we just met last night" Lixieng teased

"I am happy. I have another one to make my life here more bearable even if its temporary" Adrastos admitted making the tall man laugh

"Then I guess i will stay here longer than i expected. I do wish to spend more time with my son" Lixieng said as they continue their walk

"Your Majesty!" Khaos greeted from afar,

"It is good to see you again Khaos, are you treating my precious child well?" Lixieng asked but all Khaos did was cover his mouth and blush.

It took the archon moment to realize the reason behind the unusual reaction but after everything clicked his eyes widened looking at Adrastos which made the latter look away as his ears reddened

"Hey... you copulated with...my son?"

".... Quite the opposite your majesty" Khaos said nervously meeting the Archon's bright eyes

The archon slowly raises his hand making Khaos run and tried to hide while Adrastos panicked and tried to calm the fuming Archon

'He said he gave me his blessing but why is he trying to kill me?! Overprotective Archon is scary!' Khaos thought sweat dropping while looking at the father and son duo

"My child you are in such a big trouble" Lixieng said holding a slipper while scolding Adrastos

'Shit not the slipper again' Adrastos thought while remembering a moment where he was whooped in ass by the almighty and legendary slipper
