It has been almost a month since Lixieng decided to stay in the Obelia. The archon used it to spend time with the crown prince and of course create a strong union for his empire

Claude always felt left out and cannot help but to look at Lixieng with envy whenever his son and the latter bond together. They look super close that other already mistaken them as close as a father and son would.

Many started assuming that Lixieng is trying to steal the emperor's son with how close Adrastos to him unlike with Claude.

The rumor was truly Claude's turning point and every time he witnesses the interaction between the Archon and his son his emotion will be filled with nothing but envy. Although he often is with Athanasia, he cannot help but to still feel that this isn't enough

Meanwhile at the Dumortierite Palace, Adrastos was just casually sitting in the balcony having his tea and Khaos is seemingly not with him at the moment.

Three maids came with Adrastos permission to clean his chamber when one of the maids found a small golden storage box beneath the bed. Adrastos stand up and hurriedly snatch the box to the maid, most likely his instinct made him

"Apologies Miss Kathy but I will keep this" Adrastos said while making the maid sweat dropped but nod nonetheless

After the maids had left, Adrastos immediately opened the box but the only thing he saw was seemingly a diary and a book entitled 'Who Made Me A Princess'.

"Who would've thought that the real Adrastos was fond with this... book. Interesting" He commented but soon his gave fell upon the neat diary

"Let's see..."

Adrastos and Lixieng was once again seen taking a stroll together in the imperial garden

Somehow, they were greeted with the princess and the emperor about to ride a boat together. Adrastos cannot explain what he felt when he suddenly felt his chest tightening

'So, this body is still reacting by this scene? or am I? Impossible" He thought fighting himself

"Son your emotions are over the place" Lixieng snapped him out of his thoughts

"Forgive me dad, I don't know why am I even feeling this strange emotion"

"It seems like the original Adrastos didn't disappear completely and looking at both of them give a jealous feeling to you" Lixieng explained while rubbing Adrastos' back while his other hand can't help but clench his fist

"Let us just continue and enjoy our stroll son it is a great day after all"

"Of course, father let's go I want to show you my sanctuary" He beamed smiling a bit while dragging the chuckling Archon

However, someone was witnessing this wholesome moment as his eyes darken but he was snapped when Athanasia asked to see the whole flower and to say that Athanasia was frightened is an understatement resulting with them falling in the water.

At Night

Apollyon was on his chamber reading the diary of Adrastos and all he felt was sympathy for the small kid

There wasn't much written but he was once again taken a back when reading a line regarding the novel that is with the diary in the small storage box

'How is he invested in this type of novel, this one look so childish'

Even so Apollyon still grabbed the novel and read it

"Prophecy you say?" Adrastos huffed referring to the line he read from the diary when he laugh hysterically with madness "This is beyond prophecy! A novel filled with a prophecy?! Hmp! It was far too detailed meaning this world is just fictional" He exclaimed glaring at the no one

"Even so, this body has suffered so much there is no way i will not take a vengeance." He muttered to himself while grabbing a pipe

'This is beyond my expectations'
