After the days of training as well as the events of Jirachi Wish Maker are finally over: our heroes all make into the Slateport Contest on-time barely

Vivian Meridian is back alongside with Contesta, Sukizo and Nurse Joy at the Slateport City and its Pokémon Contest by the time it's 1PM

Meanwhile in the waiting locker room: May is nervous even though she and her brother, Max did enter a Contest in the Rustboro Hall to help out Janet

According to Ash who got info from Big: If a Coordinator is nervous, then the Pokémon gets nervous as well

Ash, Pikachu, Brock and Max support May and her Beautifly.

Drew is also there from the distance by hearing about it

Next up is: Drew! He has the other friends according to Vivian.

Drew calls forth his Roselia who performs well with the Petal Dance, Stun Spore and Magical Leaf

They perform well like a genius duo and a magician duo, which earns the high score

May and Beautifly reunite with Drew. He wishes May to pass the 1st Round with the honesty speech supports

Robert is here, his Milotic safely performs well.

Meanwhile Team Rocket learns from an old man that the Poke Blocks are made from the Berries, in which James writes the details on his paper notes

May is next, she is still nervous and the stage freight overwhelms herself, she slipped, but she still calls for  her Beautifly

Beautifly is here as it stops the frisbee with the Strong Shot, May retrieved it, they perform well combos from it. They are focused in and focused on!

Beautifly shoots the Gust at the frisbee, May safely gets it even though there was little struggle in the way.

May lets her Beautifly take the spin and shoot the Silver Wind

Drew is impressed with this even the audience and the judges' trio.

May and Beautifly's total score is at 24.9

The first round is over

Drew gives a nice gift to May as a sign of their bond of friendship and healthy rivalry connection: a rose. He tells her that it's actually for her Beautifly. On top of that: May needs to do some serious training with both effort and the hardships.

Ash really regrets that he should have trained May and her Beautifly. May cries because she finally realizes that she and her Pokémon still have a long ways to go work on their command battling-timing ways and so many of the resources. 

Drew and his Roselia vs Robert and Milotic begins as of the 2nd Round

Robert and his Milotic win in the end of the 2nd Round, they also defeated and conquered the Semi-Finals and the Finale respective Rounds. They earned a Slateport Ribbon

Drew and May catch up with each other with the friendly remarks and friendly resolves: they will both train for the next Contests

Ash, Brock and Max will help May and her Pokémon for their training sessions.
