According to the Trick Master himself: Whoever safely passes all of the rounds and makes into the goal is the winner and then earns the 1 year supply of the Poke Blocks
Our heroes, Alanna and Team Rocket enter into the race! Jigglypuff enters there as well
Team Rocket plans to steal Alanna's Whismur and then give it to Giovanni
James and Meowth kidnaps Whismur
Ash and Pikachu reunite with Jigglypuff, only for Alanna and May to finally meet it. They as well as Jessie all ended being forced to successfully sleep, thanks to Jigglypuff's song combined with Ash's stolen marker
Like before: Jigglypuff. It gets angry sleeping victims get their faces covered with the drawing marker looks, May and Alanna of course later on learns about it.

Whismur and Jigglypuff are easily enjoying each other as the fast-paced good friends within a short amount of time
Our heroes and Alanna wake up, in which one of them knows the fact that Whismur has the Soundproof Ability
The Trick Master and the disguised Team Rocket Trio are forced to sleep
Our heroes and Team Rocket also pass the other rounds even though the crooks pulled the cowardly stunts
The Trick Master is a comic relief stunt person for the reckless demonstrations and the reckless stunts
Team Rocket then easily steals Whismur and Pikachu while they trap our heroes and Alanna by tie roping them
Ash calls forth his Corphish who by the released its Trainer and their friends
James calls forth Cacnea while Jessie calls forth Seviper
The battle begins:
Cacnea is out
Whismur and Pikachu are safely retrieved
Seviper is defeated by Whismur
Thanks to the team work of Corphish and Whismur: Team Rocket is defeated and sent off to a blast off
At the end of this episode:
Ivan, a Trainer from the Mauville City passes all of the rounds and makes into the goal, thus making into the first place and then earned all of the 1 year supply of the Poke Blocks
Jigglypuff sings again in front of everyone and then Whismur suddenly sleeps, this time, thus making Jigglypuff angry and then forced to draw the graffiti on everyone's face
Jigglypuff from the OG Series and the AG Series departs from the rest of the OLM's Pokémon Anime and its story until the times of the SM Series and then later on the Journeys Series
