Ash and Winona finally face each other in a Gym Battle!
Winona calls forth her Altaria while Ash calls forth a Grovyle
Grovyle and Altaria clash! However, Altaria overwhelms Grovyle by hitting with speed combined with the Peck and Dragon Breath so easily!
Grovyle avoided the next Dragon Breath blows and then defeats Altaria by hitting it in the back with the Leaf Blade while sending it down to the ground! Altaria is defeated by Grovyle!
Grovyle was pretending to be pushed to the corners by Altaria by reading its actions in order to safely turn the tables and then defeat it. Winona prays Ash and Grovyle for the good work as she puts her Altaria away and then calls call forth her Pelipper.
Ash puts his Grovyle as he calls forth Pikachu. In return, the Yellow Mouse gets ready to face against Pelipper! Pelipper uses the Steel Wing, only for it to secretly hold one of its wings into the ground while Pikachu zaps it with a ThunderBolt! Pelipper is fine because of this action,
Meanwhile Team Rocket is lost in the underground side of the Fortree Gym because of a rumor of it having a buried treasure as they are searching it, only for them to come out of the surface upon getting zapped by the ThunderBolt twice, thus spelling out the aforementioned villains' blast-off defeat 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂
Pelipper then hits Pikachu with a Steel Wing-boosted Quick Attack as well as a Hydro Pump!
Pikachu struggles but Ash saw Pelipper's wing coming out of the ground! Pikachu shoots the Thunder at Pelipper! Both of them are out!
Ash calls forth his Grovyle while Winona reveals her trump card, which is a Swellow! However, the Swellow she has is a different color, which means: it's a Shiny Swellow!
Grovyle is easily defeated by the Shiny Swellow's Aerial Ace!
Ash finally calls forth his own Swellow!
This means one thing: Swellow VS Swellow AKA Ash's Swellow VS Winona's Shiny Swellow!
Both of their Swellow clash by trading blows on each other and avoiding each other's blows while they're both holding on their own! Although, Winona's Shiny Swellow is getting in the upper hand all the time while Ash's Swellow is getting pushed down to the corner!
Ash found the answer: the ground! Ash's Swellow avoids the Shiny Swellow's Hyper Beam while using Quick Attack to come to the ground! It then lands to the ground by hitting it so hard with the Wing Attack, which leads the dust to come from it! In return, Ash's Swellow finally defeats Winona's Shiny Winona with a single blow of the Wing Attack!
By the time it's the sunset, Ash earns the Feather Badge from Winona.
